  I see that you have the subscription for export to Adobe PDF format. To convert PDFS into power point you must have the subscription for the full Adobe PDF pack, or you must have the Acrobat application.

  It will not work with subscription Adobe export in PDF format.

  I am very new to Captivate, just downloaded a trial version and I'm trying to format the text.

  • So far, I found that I can control spacing, but not in paragraph spacing.

  I also have some problems with the formatting of bullet:

  • There is a limited choice of characters of the ball - I can't find a way to customize chips, for example by importing an image or using a symbol
  • I can't remove the Indent before the chip and the space between the bullet and the text is fixed
  • The chip is the same color as the text - I can't find a way to have the gray text and orange balls

  Work on a mac, these problems with fleas are important because I found if import Powerpoint slides, the indentation on the balls changes - it is in powerpoint, but false in Captivate, so I really need to find a way to form the reliable text if it is worth persevering with Captivate.   No available spacing of paragraphs. The only way to do this is to add a hard return between paragraphs and then change the size of line spacing or fonts of it.

  You cannot set the spacing before bullets of Captivate is not possible to add your own balls.

  The color of the ball is based on the color of the first character immediately after him. You could have a space after the bullet and change the color of it to change the color of the ball.

  Another option is to not have your text to chips, make a copy of the text box and then manually add bullets to the copied text box.   I have a number of videos that were recorded on a Motorola phone to format .3g2, when I played against them in windows XP Pro using what was the most recent media player, they played very well and the audio was present.

  I've since upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate and have found that videos will play with media player sound is not output.

  I tried different players like VLC (same result, no sound) and came across one called SUPER from erightsoft which indeed works and allows me to re - encode to .wmv BUT when I do and you try to read the .wmv I encounter an error:

  When I clikc on help, I am led to a page with links on THIS forum.

  So here I am.

  While lately I got this problem where some file I download, I don't have the permission to access, which is quite strange for some reason.

  Normally when I download something I automatically be allowed to do whatever with the download file (that is, move files, open, delete, etc.). However, my computer was disable this method and not allowing any user to do something with it. He said something like "this file cannot be accessed, please see the bulletin under administrator" or something of the sort. I managed to solve the problem manually by accessing the properties and in the Security tab, add "Kamchinn(Admin User)" to the Group and enable it, and it works. My question? Is to ensure that it automatically makes me admin anyway? It is quite difficult to explain but...
