  Yes, but a phone can only be synchronized a library at a time.  Except if you transfer all of the library to the new computer (which may have several libraries) iTunes will want to erase your phone before it sync to the other library, which is the same as the old media. In the concept that shouldn't matter since both libraries should have the same content of media.

  FWIW, I just see the same message a couple of days, but I remember reading somewhere that some of these messages was an attempt of sites to infestation by malicious software to cause the user to go into panic mode and accept the offer to clean their computer and when you do that, you're actually infect your system ,

  I tried to return to the site, near the site but nothing worked so I did a stop forced and rebooted with no ill effects.

  When restarting my system, I did a full scan and nothing was found.

  C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe 2014\Presets\Brushes CC in Photoshop

  In another folder.  He doesn't come to much in material megabytes and also acts as a return to the top.   These display in alphabetical order when you open the Panel brush options, so I rename my brush sets so they appear grouped by category, but still leaving enough of the file name to identify the source.
