He told me to buy a genuine Windows license. I don't want to do that. What can I do to remove my computer.
(I'm not in the least surprised!)
Your WIndows key is one that has never generated by MS - it is the result of the KeyGen utility a computer hacker.
Therefore, the current installation of Windows must be described as counterfeit.
There should be a sticker on the box of your machine with your own key Windows on it - it should also tell you for which version and edition of Windows the machine is under license.
It is usually (on a desktop/Tower machine) on the Panel back or on the right panel (but can be anywhere!).
If you find it, what version and edition of Windows is called? (XP Home or Pro?)
IF the cited edition is Pro, then you can use the WIndows product key update tool to change the key for that on the sticker - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/help/genuine/product-key
If the cited edition is home, then you must reinstall Windows from scratch using authentic materials and your key.

It could be a hoax. Search for malware.
Start the computer in safe mode with network and download and install Malwarebytes (free version for individuals only), updated definitions and run in safe mode. Disable other security software while you do the analyses.

I have the "you can be a victim of software counterfeiting" pop up. I bought the computer used over 6 months ago and make me just the error. Anyway is to descend without having to buy windows again. I'm NOT spending $200 + for windows. It's more, then I spend on the computer. the pop up is very annoying.
Take a look at the page to report suspected piracy of Microsoft.

What you get from the site if you do the Validation test?
Validation failed? These scenarios may help to explain why.
http://www.Microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/FailureScenarios.aspx?displaylang=enYou can run the Windows Product Activation Wizard by clicking Start, then run and type in "oobe/msoobe / a" (less the quotes). It will tell you if it is enabled or not.

I'm building a new PC, I have the motherboard and it has a location for an SSD, this who has the ability of minium are? and if this store just drive the sofware opererating only, as I intend to have all my programs and data on a SATA hard drive is the way to corect to go? Could someone ' a please advise please.
The minimum I recommend is 80 GB, if you can go for 128 GB to 160 GB, I would go for it.
Windows 7 uses 10 GB of disk space, and you have to take into account future, Service Packs and updates.
You must also consider your page file size that will depend on the amount of RAM you have installed.
Other disk space requirements include your programs and hardware drivers.
The benefits of having an SSD is to accelerate the performance of the operating system and applications. In order to have a just installed SSD for upgrading the operating system on a mechanical HDD as well as your programs wouldn't make sense. Store content or data that you create on the HARD disk.

You may be victim of software counterfeiting"displayed on desktop, how do I close or I just wanted that he appears on the desktop can you give me direct answer to the question?
Hi k.Ramesh99905,
· How Windows XP has been installed on the computer?
· Has it preinstalled on the system when it was purchased?
· Did you change to the computer?
Method 1: Try to validate the copy of Windows and see if it helps.
Method 2: Check if Windows XP is enabled. If this is not the case, try to activate to check the issue.
