You can detach a file Adobe Edge animate scrolling effects once the animation finished?

In Adobe Muse, I started playing with the effects of roll with the Adobe Edge Animation OAM files. I can get to animate while scrolling pretty easily, but I'm wanting the animation to stop the playback and pin it on the page, then it will continue to scroll the page as usual.

The idea is so that I can add several animations on a page that scroll you, finishing, then do scroll to the next animation.

You can do this in Adobe Muse? I go about it the wrong way? Is there an easy way to scroll animation with jQuery HTML5?

I am wanting to make a way to make a page like this one - https://vimeo.com/cameo

After watching and communicating with help from Adobe, it is confirmed that this can be done in Adobe Muse ("once it is pinned, you cannot detach it"). Looks like I was looking for an easy way to code complex animations...

The solution is to do it manually. Waypoints / Jquery.

A useful link is https://elikirk.com/canvas-based-scroll-controlled-backgroud-video-use-parallax-style-web-design/ I think it is in the right direction. If I find myself always this coding, I'll let you know.

    Hi Marshall

    One of the ways to have your work exported to animate dashboard is by exporting under sprite sheet. You can use this option to flash pro and import them into Edge animate.

  • How to reduce the size of a file Adobe Edge animate?

    I'm trying to get the zipped file size up to 150 kb or less, and the closest I can get is 439 kb. I tried the following until now:

    • delete unnecessary files before publishing
    • toggled active .png for lower quality .jpg assets where I can
    • published using the "Host on Adobe CDN runtime files" - I read that it can reduce the size of the file of 80%

    I'm pretty new to the software, and there is certainly a chance that I do not have something good. You can view the file here if you are interested in taking a look. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate your insight!

    Thank you

    Cassie

    Yes, I did! First of all that I have lived and made sure I had my images at the smallest possible file size. Then, after the publication in the destination folder, I went in the 'images' folder and deleted the file "thumbs.db" Edge is automatically created. Makes a HUGE difference in the size of the file! Hope that works for you too!

  • Is it possible to integrate a file adobe Edge animate on a Twitt?

    If not possible what are the alternatives?

    Hi, Pedro.

    Because the tweets are 140-character length of plain text, you will not be able to incorporate an Animation in a tweet.  You can, however, embed a URL in a tweet, then you want to go this route.  Hope that helps!

  • Adobe edge animate. Parallax inside the symbol

    Hello. Help me please do Parallax inside the symbol, not the whole

    Here is the project: Dropbox - Untitled - 4.rar

    Hello

    Here's an idea:

    code compositionReady:

    term var = sym.getDuration ();

    var width = sym.$("Stage").width ();

    sym.setVariable ('onMove', function (posX, posY) {}

    Chronology of the var = Math.round(posX/width*duration);

    sym.stopAll (timeline);

    } );

    Code of course. MouseMove:

    sym.getVariable ("onMove") (e.pageX, e.pageY);

    Note:

    sym.stopAll () target all symbols.

    If you want to target certain symbols, you can use the code below:

    term var = sym.getDuration ();

    var width = sym.$("Stage").width ();

    sym.setVariable ('onMove', function (posX, posY) {}

    Chronology of the var = Math.round(posX/width*duration);

    SYM. Stop (Timeline);

    sym.getSymbol("s1").stop (timeline);

    } );

  • How can I get my page for rdeirect on the next page once the animation finished?

    I'm trying to make an interactive documentary with adobe muse and one of the main obstacles I need to solve is, how, once my animation animate edge ended it goes to another page, without the United States of the buttons.

    If that's impossible, I'm ready to add buttons but only if there is a way to make them appear at the end of the animation

    Help, please

    You can create a script of action at the end of the animation or create a button at the end of the animation with a link to the page. Make sure you only define the target parent, otherwise the new page in iFrame of the animation.

  • Adobe Edge animate event handler when the video starts to play

    Now I use

    document.getElementById('myVideo2').addEventListener (myHandler, 'ended', false);

    If I want to add a new event after a video was played.

    How can I check when a video actually started playing and see you on the screen? I need this because I want to add some additional animations around the video that must be triggered exactly with the first images from the video.

    I found the solution:

    Video.onplaying = function() {}

    Console.log ("video is now loaded and play");

  • can I open an old animated file from adobe with adobe edge animate 2015

    I'm trying to follow a course on lynda.com.  But their course files has been made on adobe animate 2014.  When I try to open the file with adobe animate 2015 it does not?  But the file will not open with the older version of adobe edge animate 2014 either.  Is there a reason or solution for this?

    Animate animate Adobe and Adobe Edge are two different applications, you cannot open the other.

  • InContext editor works not with custom html/css (animate files adobe edge)

    Hello

    I just created a site of catalyst for business and I chose for my own HTML/CSS/JS site (without a template). The site is made with Adobe Edge animate and the files are already uploaded to the server.

    When I connect to the admin of the catalyst business account I can see my site works but now I would like to use the incontext Editor. When I hit the edit button I see my site, but I can't change.

    In my index.html file I insert scripts like 'ice:editable="html"' and 'ice:editable="*". But still the incontext editor doesn't work.

    Example:

    <div ice-editable="html" id="Stage_UIHE-Cover_cover-title-03"><p ice-editable="html" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 36px;"><span style="font-family: times_new_romanregular, sans-serif; font-size: 40px; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Nepal Earthquake Aftermath:</span></p>

    I'm doing this right? Could someone help me how to insert the tags in the right way.

    Or maybe it is not possible to get the incontext Editor to work with the Edge files animate.

    I hope someone can give me some answers and point me in the right direction.

    Thank you!

    As much as I know to Edge host sites work the script must be initialized. ICE but does not play nice with dynamic content and that's why he doesn't work for this particular site.

    Don't think that there is a way around this.

    Thank you

  • Frequently, Adobe Edge animate the files with the *.an extension will open with the menu completely empty elements.

    Frequently, Adobe Edge animate the files with the *.an extension will open with the menu completely empty elements.

    The HTML file remains in the folder, it works, but it is impossible to repeat the file Edge animate again. What can I do to restore the file or to prevent other cases like this?

    Above all, why do?

    Maybe because some elements such as an image or a code has been changed while the file *.an was opened while the change has been made?

    Thank you very much

  • .Edge file made with Adobe Edge animate 1.0 work and load in Adobe Edge animate 3.0?

    I got the beta version of Adobe Edge animate and when it came out I was able to download free version 1.0, and it is still installed on my computer today.

    The problem is I get a new computer, and I wonder if my old projects I've done with this version of Adobe Edge will work correctly if I buy the edge animate CC?

    Edge animate CC does support backwards compatibility all the way back to 1.0?

    Hello

    Also, sometimes it depends on the functionality as well. It is deprecated in the latest version, then you might get error or warning.

    Please download the trial version of edge animate CC 2014 and test your project.
