You can play games designed for xp and vista on windows 7?

I wanted to buy games and a controller for my pc, but I was afraid that when I upgrade to windows 7, I won't be able to play them.

Method 1:

I suggest you to check if the games are compatible with windows 7. Follow the below link to check if the games are compatible. Enter your game software and select, then click on search. You can get a list of games that is compatible with Windows 7.

Method 2:

You can also try to play the game in compatibility mode.

1. click on start to reduce this includes this imagand, then type the name of the program in the box start the search .

2. in the list of programs , right-click on the program name and then click Properties.

3. on the compatibility tab, click to select the checkbox run this program in compatibility mode for .

4. in the list, select an operating system, and then click OK.

Method 3:

You can also play the game as an administrator.

1. click right on the shortcut of the game or the main game.

2. Select Properties.
