  Sorry, but I neglected to include a bit small (but essential) information on this thing cptl.

  A file cptl is a model of Captivate. When you create one and create a new project based on a template, you point to the .cptl file.   The principle is simple in nature, although the tape recorder is not the best option available for you, even in free software for audio recording you can.

  # You have need Vista compatible drivers - it's the only way it will work.  Installing bad drivers can even to hurt the unit or even your system to not try.  Get a new USB device that works with Vista, and has the correct drivers.

  2. e-mail password, email account, if you are using?

  No, there is no way to change the default values. If you have a set of properties that you always want to use, you can save them as a preset.

  By their very nature, the "les «clips» clips" EI means that they have been exported.  So, according to their file format, they can be importable in PR. Lossless codecs are guaranteed to ensure no loss of quality when importing.

  If you mean an Ae composition, the dynamic link requires an installed version of Ae.  There is no loss of quality in a dynamic link.
