  2. As you mention "you still have the problem" can I know when this problem occurred in the first place?
  3. Which messenger you are talking about?
  4. What happens when you try so that video calling?

  If you re referring Skype Messenger, please follow the steps.

  Check the permission, follow the steps:

  1. Press Windows + C on the keyboard.
  2. Click settings.
  3. Go to permissions.
  4. Webcam and microphone and turn it on.
