You receive an error when downloading Photoshop and Lightroom
I recently had the trial version of Photoshop, and today I bought the package of photography for students which includes CC Photoshop and Lightroom.
Well now, I can't even Photoshop CC to download. When that happens, I get an error message indicating that a patch could not be downloaded, and when Photoshop opens, he also said that it is in test mode, when I bought the subscription and received the receipt by e-mail. For the same to happen, it took about four hours...
I use Windows on a laptop Dell Inspiron 15 8.1.
Lightroom also does not automatically download as it said that it would be in the subscription...
I have no idea what is wrong this time... I also met errors download trial a month ago, but it's finally uploaded after 8 hours... I don't have the time or patience for this yet however and the download time is blocked and I have to restart every five minutes. I already tried to uninstall the trial version and reinstall it directly from the site, but it does not work.

I downloaded 11 Photoshop and Lightroom 4 with the links provided here on the forum. Lightroom 4 is a pretty old software, but there are options for the size of the font in Edition > Preferences > Interface.
In regards to Photoshop 11, do you mean Photoshop Elements? If so, you'd better ask in the forum elements Photoshop Elements
But with a high resolution, the latest versions will display better: you have installed the old software that was made before the existence of monitors high resolution.
Review the plan of photography CC, which is $ 10 per month for Lightroom and Photoshop (not elements).

The mentioned pier.muse file is located in the folder.
Is that what happens only by opening the specific file or all files? You should check if the widget you have downloaded is compatible with the version of Muse or not.
If the widgets Panel is empty with any file, then you probably need to reinstall the application.

I received an error when opening Photoshop CC, help?
I have Photoshop CC. When opening it, I get the following message:
Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver and it has temporarily disabled improvements using graphics hardware.
Visit the Web site of the manufacturer for the latest version of the software.
Improvements to the graphics hardware can be enabled in the performance preference panel.
What does that mean? I tried to go to Adobe and download the updates, and it does not work. Someone please help!

I saw the Adobe ID (email address) you used to post here and not found any cloud creative subscription/membership is registered.
If your are showing lawsuits on the website so please make sure that you use the same Adobe ID (email address) that you used to purchase the subscription.
Adobe trial and purchased applications are the same, you can download the application once installed, creative cloud invites you to connect, that's when you need to use the right Adobe ID in order to activate your product on your machine. See, connect and disconnect to activate Cloud Creative applications

Initially, I downloaded photoshop and lightroom with adobe download assistant program.
I was never able to get the cloud desktop application creative adobe to work. It opens, but there is nothing there to select, as if I did not all creative programs cloud on my computer. I can't update my photoshop or use fonts through the creative cloud app. I wonder if it has anything to with the fact that they were initially installed with the software adobe download wizard. I uninstalled the creative application of cloud, reinstalled and still nothing appears on the screen. It's so frustrating!
