I tried to connect to Xbox Live on my Xbox 360 to internet using Wi - Fi to my labtop. I want to enable sharing on this topic in the Advanced tab, but I get the message that says WMI is damaged and I need to use the system restore. However, the system restore will not restore the system at any time I choose. What is the solution?
OK you have an ETHERNET cable? (cable for PC to the Modem)
What OS do you have?
Heres to help, you need to an ethernet cable, or adapter wireless XBOX 360.
With the ethernet cable, connect one end on the XBOX and one end to your laptop.
You go to control panel > network and Internet > network and sharing Center > change the adapter settings. Then you select your wireless network and your local network. Then you right click and press 'CONNECTION of BRIDGE' (requires administrator privileges). After that your DONE! Just check if it works on your XBOX 360!

Hello waylonx3, here is the link for the specifications of your system. It shows that your system has 2 slots, PCIe and a PCI slot.
Your system should be able to use one of these modems of type. I would check the motherboard of the system to make sure that you have a PCI slot or available PCIe and then you can order one that will work in your system.

I checked my status on the xbox live for black ops 2 and all said I'm good. So I know that I'm not banned... but I can't play online for only Black Ops 2. I connect to xbox live from the dashboard and then what game to start and go to the multiplayer mode, it then asks me to connect to xbox live, but my profile is grayed out and I can't sign... This only happens with black ops 2, I can play any other game very well. Please help below is a screenshot

- You have security software installed?
If you are unable to connect the Xbox 360 then it could be if some third party services / / start the application of articles is limiting. The question might be if security software restricted to connect.
Try to start the computer in clean boot and temporarily disable security software and then try to connect to Xbox there could be chances that some security software or some startup items is limiting to connect.
Step 1: Perform the clean boot.

My Xbox (non-slim white one) equipped with a wireless adapter and can securely connect to our wireless network. When I test the network to see if it can connect to Xbox Live, it works and ends the test. But when I try to login with my account, it gets stuck on the graph 'Signing In '.
