  As a last resort, I would use an autoloader to reload the operating system.  If this does not work after that then it is a hardware failure, or the device is not compatible with the networks in your area.  Assuming that this worked before and suddenly left leads me to believe that it's a hardware problem.

  The app 'Games' was part of the Scoreloop service.  Unfortunately, Scoreloop has been closed last December.  There was an announcement about last summer saying that the service stops, and they have achieved with it.

  If only recently, you've got your Z10, then it is likely still has OS 10.2.1.xxxx, which included the games app.  The next month to come - and dependent on your operator - you should get the OS update 10.3.1.  The games app has been removed from this OS.

  So far, there is nothing you can do about it - other that just don't use it, or ignore it when any game tries to start.

  Got a Z10 with my blackberry ID on it for a long time without any problem.

  My wife bought a Blackberry Bold 9900 and instead create a new Blackberry ID, I put mine. She wanted only Facebook on this subject so I didn't create a new ID just for this application.

  Now on my Z10, whenever I try to download a BB world app, get a pop-up with "check your Blackberry ID. I try to enter my password, it says:

  "You can't sign with a different ID of Blackberry on this unit. Connect with the original Blackberry used on this device ID ". But it is certainly the original code.

  I also tried to reset the password, but the problem persists.

  Well, this isn't quite true.  You can have multiple devices with a BBID.  I have a Z10, Q10 and Playbook.  I added a different Playbook earlier but only Playbook can be connected as the main material for BBWorld.  Other that it worked very well.

  Looks like you are trying to connect to the device even with a different BBID.  If you have already connected to a device with a BBID, you do a security wipe before you can connect with other BBID.

  the only way I found was to download my contact list to my phone from 10.3 to Outlook, then load it onto my phone 10.2.

  I did it using Blackberry link.

• Z10 blackBerry cannot change BBM (NOT Blackberry ID.)

  I typed a letter inadvertently in my BBM ID when I got my new Z10. Now, seems to have no option to change the ID I typed. I was told by a guy at Verizon, the only way he knows that he has to change it is to do a thorough cleaning of the phone and start again. I have already a ton in my phone and I don't want to start over. Does anyone know a better way?

  BBM opened with the icon, not the hub.

  At the top is your name or BBM.

  That affect and change your name.

  I did muliple boots soft/hard, removing the battery and 2 refills of recovery of backups made last July. On the 1st recovery, it worked fine, but then the question returned almost immediately.

I can't recover the password because enamel which served as my user name for blackberry has been hacked so I have no access to it.   I bought my Z10 BB this Saturday. The first thing you can do with a new devices will check the updates. The OS on my Z10 works 10.0.10.690.   This is probably a consequence of sideloading an app that is not intended for the BB. The file created by the app probably has incorrect permissions. If it's an Android app, you can try to delete the file via an Android file manager.

  Try to remove your account Twitter of the Hub, you can do this with the following text:

  On the home screen, slide to the bottom of the top of the screen.
  Tap Settings > accounts.
  Press on your Twitter account.
  Tap the trash icon.

  This will clear the Twitter account of the hub.  It does not delete your twitter account.  (Restart your phone, this is probably not necessary, but that the devil).
