  I bought a Z10 a month ago. Updated as soon as the 10.2 was officially available and it worked perfectly. Tonight, however, I was on a call and suddenly the audio went. I tried to disconnect the call but it was not disconnect despite several attempts until I gave up and you press the power button to restart. Since I restarted, I can't make or receive calls. I'm trying to dial a number every time it shows immediately call ends. Also, I can not receive calls. I have the complete network and can do everything including surfing the web, sent text messages and BBM. What seems to be the problem? Please help because it's a little urgent

  When powered on press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, this resets the phone.

  You can also remove the battery for a minute, if the above does not work.

  This does not sound like a network problem, to have that full signal does not mean that you will be able to connect if the network traffic is high or you are being faced with a different tower. Call your provider if the problem persists.

  Let you down? Well, it could have been damaged... but only a technician with the device by hand can provide you a proper evaluation and estimate if it is damaged.

  You try to run the BBVE on the device to see if it tells you anything useful. But, given what you have said, my guess is that it has damaged when you dropped it. No amount of software patches can help in this situation.

  Hi, when you click on your current avatar image, if you see only 17 photos, then this means that the rest have been saved in your phone memory or SD card. Could be visa versa. In the selection of pictures, should be a call to the 'Up' option, which allows you to move from a SD card and phone storage. I hope this helps you.

  Yesterday, I bought a new Blackberry Bold 9930 of Verizon Wireless.  The seller put in place my personal e-mail account and everything seems to work very well.  But I got two e-mail messages which I can't understand.  They read: "this message is used to carry data between your BlackBerry handheld and a home server.  Please do not delete, move, or reply to this message - it will be processed by the server.  He was sent to [email protected] etc...

  First of all, thank you in advance for all those involved to help me.  Secondly, I am a newbie to BB, the past two weeks and I really can't believe I it worked for a long time without one, simply amazing!  Here's my email problem that I knew from the beginning: I have two email accounts on my curve, one is my home email, the other is my work email.  The account that I have problems with is my work email account, I use Microsoft Outlook, and I get not always my email on my curve.  We don't have a BB Enterprise server, so I have to manually connect to the synchronization.  The other day, while in my office work and my BB on my desk, I was told on my computer that I have new email, email never appeared on my BB.  Today, while driving to a job, I sent my BB using my work email account, when I got back to my office on my work computer, I noticed that the recipient has responded, but he went only to my computer, not my BB.  Am I missing something or do something misconfigured?  Thanks again for any help.

  - so I understand that you only receive their mail on BB if Outlook stops (you might be receving messages on BBthough)
