  From the symptoms you describe, especially how any changes you make on your device are lost whenever you restart, run the tool in KB @sdgardne mentioned previously (pasted again below).

  KB36747 all data are deleted after a manual restart of smartphone BlackBerry 10 and has THE blue...

  After you run this tool, can you confirm if the tool says the patch has been applied, or no patch is necessary?

  If the hotfix has been applied, please reboot your device and let me know if the changes you made before you restart are kept.

  I wrote my signature as I wanted, using line breaks, I typed up in memopad as I wanted, then copied/pasted in the signature field. Worked perfectly.

  Or type it upward in email on computer and send it to your BlackBerry and copy and paste from there.

  The easiest way is to create a backup of your application Z10 BlackBerry via BlackBerry link (click the BlackBerry down and backup now).

  Then do a security wipe by going to settings > Security > Security wipe.  Please note: this will delete all data off the BlackBerry Z10.

  Or you can manually delete contacts one by one.

  What you're talking about is hide your caller ID number. Is not blocking calls.

  Open the app phone swipe down from the top and tap the settings icon. Tap to show my number. Disable. This will prevent your number of shows on the receiving device.

  Parameters is also on the phone call blocking, that is different. It should be obvious what it does. The first time you use it, you create a password.

  If these methods do not work, you can always do this:

  1. connect your device to your PC and perform a full backup with link BB.

  2. download the correct autoloader to your device from the first message in the thread below the link. You need to know your complete model number (e.g. STL100-1 (or - 2,-3, - 4) located in settings > on.) Be sure to download your model which contains the radio file.

  I've updated my stl z10 100 2 to 10.3.1 20 Feb. After that the phone becomes slow and started to hang. And the battery run out very quickly. I did the shot to safety. But after that when I tried to restore the backup blackberry link show successful restoration but phone start there is nothing in the phone. All my data is lost. So I downloaded applications for BlackBerry World. I turned off the phone during the night and when I turned on this morning it was like new. There are no applications in there. I tried to reload the BlackBerry connection software, but it displays no update software available. Please help me. What can I do now.

  I'm not 100% sure that this applies to you. The symptoms don't exactly match your description. But see http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB36747 and check your operating system against the versions indicated in the article. If your OS is one of those affected, discover the related utility. I don't know if there is a readme file when you unpack the zip file. If it is read everything first.

  I use bluetooth in my car to make or receive phone calls and it only allows you to stream Pandora.  On my previous BBs, I was able to disable the handset function and just use streaming, but I'm not find similar options on the Z10.  Does anyone know how to do this? Right now I just turn off my stereo when I receive a call, but this isn't a good solution.  Thanks for any comments.

  The Z10 BlackBerry doesn't have the option to edit what services are allowed with a Bluetooth connection.

  Depending on your vehicle, you will need to access your Bluetooth set up or the settings in the dashboard of your car to control what features are Bluetooth-enabled.

  What are the support options for the SYNCHRONIZATION to and from your PC <> Z10, not for backup.

  Your backup, link, click the upper right gear or parameters.

  You will then see the backup options.
