  Well, that might restart the device for once and for all!

  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  You can also press ALT + rightSHIFT + delete all three at the same time, to initiate a reboot.

  You will find thousands of messages here in the forum describing how this reboot is done.

  Here to find the solution for my beloved BlackBerry Z10 STL100-3

  One day, precisely 26 May 2016 my Z10 battery Blackberry went below 5% or something, I rushed to connect it to the charger but before doing so; It is just off. I plugged in the charger for several hours, but it went to reboot mode as he went to the course passed. It just kept flashing empty battery symbol.

  Z10 was connected to the wall charger and all the tips/advice you mentioned have been tried. He could not start device.

  Before trying the ADF, to check if battery is dead or defective; I kept it in my brother Z10. The battery was load and after a while, he turn the unit on its own.

  However, the pile of work of Z10 my brother could not initialize my camera. I guessed corrupted software connection or the battery could be a problem.

  I carefully observed battery connection ports, specifically the part that establishes the conncetion of metal tabs of the battery with the unit (given in the image http://www.gsmzone.co.uk/Blackberry-8900-Z10-Battery-Connector).

  I found one of the metal connector stuck / out partially / fits loosely / spring-movement irregulars / and is not able to communicate perfectly with the metal strips of the battery.

  I tried to solve this problem by manually removing the metal connector. After several test, I managed to do it.

  I put my battery in my Z10, he acknowledged, and red LED flashed, name BlackBerry flashed, Blakberry OS Reload icon flashed-has increased 100%, Blackberry 10 name flashed and Z10 began. Device came to operational status.

  Current operating system version is 10.3.2.2836.

  No SIM or media inserted in it.

  I have blackberry storm 9500, OS [4.7.0.78].  We create an application in which the device connect to hardware enable Bluetooth. via bluetooth we sending and receiving messages in a packet based way. but after 10 minutes or so to restart the blackberry device.  I'm not sure why what happens is there any bluetooth problem based with this version of the Os. or is it bcz of any memory problem.

  I found the solution [Alt] [Caps] [del] to be unreliable, because sometimes it does not restart complete (I can tell because when the unit returns to the top, it is not locked), and if you have an application running that you can not leave, sometimes this key combination will do absolutely nothing!

  I found the only Soft Reset solves this problem well.  Is a bit slow (I think it creates a file, open it, then asked to remove it by forcing the system to request a reboot), but you're absolutely sure that you get a full reboot without wear & tear on your battery door!

  I also had the same problem. First of all, you should check if you have 6 OS or the OS 7.0 / 7.1 on your device. If more, BBM 7.0 does not work.

  2. uninstall / remove the BBM existing and without work on our device.

  4. install a clean version of BBM 7 using the key code.

  5. do not start / launch BBM 7.0.

  6. restart the devide again.

  7 launch BBM 7.0 and enable wireless. Now the problem I would make is that BlackBerry ID was not be launched. However, after 4-5 hours, got ID connected and the 7.0 BBM started working.

  If the problem persists, then I suggest to install the backup on the device and wait the good version available as and when in your country.

  I followed the guides on this forum to downgrade my laptop (DV3-2150ep) for Windows XP and I have the last problem: the driver IDT audio. The original driver on the site of HP drivers for this laptop did not work because the helmet kept silent when the socket is connected.   I have to apologize, it turned out that I had F05 or F.06 instead of the latest version of the BIOS. Earlier I have not updated the BIOS as the changelogs have shown no related audio enhancement. I have reflashed the machine under Windows XP (However it is not recommended to several places, but I had success with that), and that's, audio in Windows XP started to work perfectly with the SP46918 without hacks.
