Zoom scroll Logitech wireless mouse

I had my M750 for awhile, and until a few weeks before, hold down the command button on the keyboard of my Mac while I scrolled did nothing. Except navigate pages on Firefox. Now for some reason, since updated to update to Firefox 20, or even to the slightest touch of the control button, when I scroll with the scroll wheel to scroll to the top and to the bottom of the page on Firefox 20, it zooms in and out. Very annoying. Anyone know how to disable the zoom on the scroll wheel when you press the command key? Or is it a Firefox issue rather than a problem of software of Logitech? I use the command to automatically open links in a new tab. My finger is at hand. Just easier for me that way. But the slightest touch of the control key enables the scroll wheel zoom feature. And once again, never a problem so far. I actually knew a number of annoying problems since update to Firefox 20, which I had to find workarounds. What is one of the most annoying.

Found my dose. https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/questions/821743

Set the value to 0 for mousewheel.with_meta.action

Testing, this only disables the command + zoom scroll wheel in Firefox. Scroll still works with the scroll wheel. It IS therefore a matter of Firefox. And when the update to the latest version, sort of to reset my previous configuration settings. I guess I have to put in place some time ago when I first came to the wireless mouse. I hope that Firefox does not change the settings in the future updates. Maybe even do to access patches like that much simpler. As included in the preferences. That is to say. Disable/enable the Zoom with scroll wheel.

  • SanDisk USB Flash Drive & Logitech Wireless Mouse can not find the driver

I am running Windows XP on a Dell XPS laptop.  When I joined the SanDisk Cruzer Flash Drive or a mouse with Logitech M215 wireless computer detects it and tries to load a driver but just by saying no driver found.  I use other mice wireless and other readers flash without any problems.  I went on the Web from Logitech website and SanDisk and they both say no driver required.  I contacted Logitech and they said it's a matter of Microsoft's operating system.  Where can I get a driver to run both devices.  Also when I go to the hardware profile the other device has a yellow box? next to him.  I try to uninstall the driver and updated it but without success.  Still looking for a driver.  Where can I find the driver.  Help.

    Hello

    1. have you tried plugging it into different USB ports and check?

    2. did you try to use the same flash player and mouse on another computer and check if it works there?

    3. how exactly did you uninstall the driver and reinstall it?

Connect the hardware (mouse and flash drive) and run the fixit tool in the following article.

I also had this problem, but finally found a solution. You need to reset the motherboard. It is more than a simple reset of the computer as the motherboard continues to feed into "stop".  You must turn off the system and unplug a few minuets.  In the case of my laptop, I also removed the dough for good measure.  Then I turned it back and the mouse worked without trouble or the same recognition that there had never been a problem.

Credit when it is earned, I found the solution here http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/usb-device-not-recognized/

  • I have windows 7 with a logitech wireless mouse.

Very randomly, and I say randomly, when I wake up from sleep mode my pointer is a magnifying glass. I then go into 'Customize windows' and change the pointer back to the ordinary. Why does this happen? How can I stop it? I did some research, but any suggestions do not seem to apply to my problem.

    Hello

    It looks like:

If so, look in your configuration of the Logitech SetPoint software settings to see if you zoom with a trigger accidental button press.

  • Logitech wireless keyboard mouse and microsoft wireless

Can you have a logitech wireless mouse and a MS Wireless comfort keyboard coexist on the same computer running Win 7 home? With the two usb dongles separated or whatever, they are called? I should add that this computer had a mouse wireless Ms Souris and the keyboard are the 5000 models.

    Hi friardave,

I haven't used a MS Mouse so can't be 100% sure. However, I see no reason why it shouldn't, because you can use several devices on USB port. I would just go ahead & try!

    Good luck!

  • mg wireless mouse - 0637t

I am currently using a mouse without a wire number mg - 0637t and scroll wheel doesn't behave very well. Can I buy a replacement, and if not, what would be a suitable substitute?

    Hello

There are many wireless mice around. Depending on your budget, you can buy in any store of the computer. I use Microsoft and Logitech wireless mouse. They are the most reliable.

    Kind regards.

  • Missing labels of power management on the external keyboard, wireless mouse, wireless mouse, all different brands

On my laptop HP HDX18 only the touchpad and keyboard have power management tab to enable them to wake the computer.

My external keyboard of Firefly, wired Kensington mouse and Logitech wireless mouse all have not the power management tab. I wrote to Logitech about this and they said that I needed new ACPI/USB drivers. I installed the latest Intel chipset drivers I knew from the updated HP drivers website.

HP told me that it is normal, current is cut for USB hubs. Which is ridiculous. I have disenabled the selective suspend for the USB ports under settings in Device Manager and power went to each USB hub and unchecked "allow the computer to turn off the power of the device", which can be the meaning of HP. I have the latest version of the BIOS. But still no power management tab is displayed.

  • Track issues with the Wireless Mouse 5000 bought with Wireless Comfort Desktop 5000...

Just bought a Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse (Wireless Comfort Desktop 5000). For some reason any mouse is pointing upwards and is not followed correctly. What seems to be the case after a few minutes of use tracking becomes unstable and it feels like the mouse pointer is delayed and begins to jump around the screen. It is even more evident when I start trying to drag windows around the office and if I drag too fast it starts to "hiccup" (best I can describe it) and it seems to miss a few frames per second that I am dragging to the desktop. I noticed in games, especially the FPS, quick turns because of the mouse to lose track, and a second, I'm facing forward and the other second I'm back, with no apparent transition between the two. I tried to disable the accuracy monitoring, but to no avail... For any help or suggestion would be appreciated...

I use Windows 7 Professional and have no such problems with 8 year old Logitech wireless mouse, this keyboard is replacement.

I know this is an old thread, but I can see nowear where the problem has been resolved.  I have a Logitech wireless mouse on my laptop and a thread on my desk, both had the same problem. The problem has been solved for me using just a mouse pad, no problem since! This answer may be there somewhere but I didn't fall on it even from Microsoft (surprise). Incidentally, my mousepad is often a sheet of A4 paper on a clip board. If someone actually reads this please let me know if it was any help.

I have a Logitech M315 keyboard and bought a new mouse Logitech M325 compatible. I cannot now typing on the keyboard, but I can scroll with the mouse.

    Hello

The M325 Nano-receiver allows you to connect up to 6 devices however you
need a Logitech utility (free download) to achieve this. Check with Logitech
Their online documentation, support and drivers, utilities and ask in their forums.

I don't know if that keyboard and mouse are compatible.

I got it working (mouse marble, 11.04 ubu, chrome and firefox):
    1. I installed gpointing-device-settings (appears in the gnome-control-panel as a pointing device). Middle-click check if you want, then scroll wheel with 8 key emulation (= small left button). Scrolling to check and validate.
    2. check that firefox is configured as shown here: http://www.ehow.com/how_7390615_do-logitech-marble-mouse-scrolling_.html
