I enter data into the fields to fill and save the document in pdf format. I sent it to someone who opens with an iPhone or iPad and the content of the field is not visible.

I have created a form in Adobe Pro, added several drop-down lists and they do not work on the iPhone/iPad.  You can see the box with the arrow, but only allows you to enter custom text, no drop-down list fills.  Here is a link to screenshot.  Thanks
