I have an ipod Nano and currently on that music.  I downloaded 6 CD I bought to my itunes library, but now it won't sync to my ipod and add new songs.  What should I do?

I would like to put my music albums alphabetically on my iPod Shuffle, but have no idea how to do that, nothing on the menu drop-down windows that can help do that. Can anyone help?
