After you have added contacts to gmail almost all synced on my new Droid.  Does anyone know why some contacts could not synchronize? And, what a solution may be?

Now that I put in place of phone tools, I thought that I would be able to remove songs/ringtones that I had downloaded from other sites on my phone.  I can't find anywhere in Karma where remove these.The items do not appear when you use phone tools.
