Accidentally saved to PDF, now impossible to change how to get back to HELP doc. !!

Hello and HELP.  Accidentally, I recorded my document to PDF without saving it in word.  Now, I can not change or modify my hard work.  Is it possible to get it in Adobe?

Acrobat Reader (the forum that you asked the question in) cannot export the contents of a PDF page.

To do this, you could buy Acrobat Pro (a desktop application) to export to TXT, RTF, DOC or DOCX.

Or you could subscribe to the online PDF Service "Export PDF".

Be well...
