  Make sure that the automatic duplex printing option is selected:

  Enter the control panel > printers

  Right click on the printer icon, and then click Properties (printer properties for Windows7).

  Click the Device Configuration tab.

  Make sure that the option allow automatic duplex printing is checked.

  If there is no change, try to uncheck the print manual duplex option below, then check any change.

  The terms may be a little different because my OS is not in English.

  The front part / duplex must be placed at the bottom left part of the device Configuration dialog box.

• The order of Acrobat Pro is not installed...

  Order Acrobat Pro does not... install it is says error that the software is not compatible with the computer. I turn the box, it says win 7 64, I look at the properties of the machine, it's win7 64 bit machine.

  Please follow the steps below:

  1. Uninstall CC program and features

  2. run cleaning CC tool: use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  3. install Creative Cloud again, download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications

  I have InDesign CS5.5 on MAC OS X and you need to print separations.  However, in the print Panel, the "impression of" Acrobat PDF is not available as an option, and so I do not get the ability to print the seps. In addition, PostScript does not show this option.  And since I have an inkjet printer, its pilots will not recognize separations - the reason why I need to "print" to PDF format so each MS color print, complete with the name of spot. Now... I could return to my PC and use CS4 and I think it will work... but I would rather skip this step and simply use cs5.5 on my Mac. Thanks for any help as soon as POSSIBLE.

  If you need the Acrobat 9 ppd, then proceed as follows: -.

  1. exit InDesign.

  2. navigate to/Applications/Adobe Indesign CS5/Presets /.

  3. in the Presets', folder create a file called PPDs (the name of the file is case-sensitive).

  4. Control - click on the following link and choose Save link under download the Acrobat 9 PPD:

  5. place a copy of the PPD downloaded into the folder created in step 3.

  then when you open the indesign and go to file > print
