  If your class EnhancementSocket extends ItemRenderer then you can use the itemIndex property.

  I have a PDF with a drop-down list field called "SoftwareList" with a default value of "Select the software" and a text field called 'SelectedSoftware '. You can freely type in the text field to communicate your needs, or choose the menu drop-down. I want to add in the text field, which is selected in the drop-down list each time. I had the following script to fix this as a custom text field calculation script:

  I guess that you are referring to the scroll bar in the control multi-column listbox. What does your code when you select a cell? Can you please your postal code so that we can see the behavior you describe? It is possible that you are blocked the structure of the event, as in performing an operation long in case the treatment cell selection. In this case, the structure of the event must wait until the event ends before being able to respond to the next event. You can configure the event to not lock the front panel until the event ends.

  Recently used programs list, does not list the recently used programs, is not sort my most frequently used. Installation of a windows 7 Home premium.

  When a program is installed first it is listed, even if I used havnt. After I click on it, it deletes itself recently used programs and never hit list again even if I click on the icon of the button start again and again.

  Maybe it's not a menu "recently used", it is a menu "frequently used".  I saw the user of Microsoft interface Style rules and a few articles on MSDN explain the subtle differences, before... so I think that Windows is not calculate frequent that fast, or the taskbar.  If you want to display on the list, you must open it in menu start (the long way).   I have the following script that returns a list of the fonts used in the document:

  I have a list with itemRenderers generated dynamically depending on the types of items (as a Manager who has a kind of rendering engine and the other type of employees has other types of converters). I would like to access the itemRenderer for 'selectedItem' of the list manager, but the selectedItem(item:Object) has direct access to the data item, not its rendering engine.

  I prefer to dissociate the issue of its rendering engine as much as possible.

  In Flex, a data element is not directly mapped a specific converter.  It's because of virtual layout converter and recycling section.  If the data element is not in sight so it will probably not a rendering that are associated with engine and it is possible for a single data item to be pushed in the instances of the rendering engine different during its lifetime (for example when scrolling of the list).  In spark's best practice is to change the data item and design your converter to detect and react to these changes, rather than interacting directly with the instance of the rendering engine.

  If you really don't want to have access to instances of the renderer you still can, but you should be only after that you have a really good understanding of what is happening.

  Oh, you're in fx4.

  setStyle ("skinClass", SkinRef);

  SkinRef is the reference class. It is the name of the class, but do not set

  as a string.

  In your case would be

  setStyle ("skinClass", myListSkin);

  as you put in there already.

  I can see there is a date stamp field (Date added) exists in the groups of contacts E9 (when we look at the contacts in the contact group), which indicates when making a contact added to the contact group.
