Adobe Creative Suite Design & Web Premium CS6 for Mac - not working after Mac reformat

I tried to contact Adobe by chat Support, but distinguished and vague answers. Try again here in the forums:

Running Mac OS X 10.11.4 El Capitan

Took the plunge, almost a year ago and subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud, being understood that CS6 would still work well, alongside of.

After all due my logic board failure reinstall. I had the possibility to disable CS6, so there. Try to reinstall CS6, InDesign, and Photoshop have error: 1

Configuration error

Please uninstall and reinstall the product.
If this problem persists, please contact Adobe technical support help and mention the error code displayed at the bottom of this screen.

To contact support via chat, they said they could not help because they had fallen in favor CS6. Seems a bit terrible because it's installation. In addition, said my serial number no longer works when you attempt a re instal. Still, we do not support CS6.

In addition, they informed that my license of Adobe Acrobat 9.0 for Mac was now unnecessary. Suggested that I use Acrobat in creative cloud.

I'll leave it for now, I see the Forum someone has ideas. Would prefer to hear, by a representative of Adobe. In other words, of course, if they deem CS6 to be o0ut of support now. I think that it is an installation and a license number. I need not support for the software. I need Adobe for back me, after assuring me that I would have no problem using CS6 alongside CC.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with the Mac version on your system.

Error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

I also tried my setup again. This time, the serial number was accepted and re-installation of InDesign and Photoshop CS6 all fine now. Didn't need to use your suggested corrections, just went ahead and installed. Maybe something Adobe server-side has been fixed since I finally tried? Anyway, thanks for listening
