Adobe Edge inspect not sync on ios devices?

Hiya,

Just try edge inspect at work. It works great on my Galaxy SII, but it does not work so well on any ios device, we in the bureau, including 1,2,3 and iPhone iPad 4/4s / 5 (running ios5 and (6). I can get the synchronization to the start page, but he then refused to follow my Chrome changes forcing me to update them manually the customer desktop or device... which makes the whole process a bit frustrating.

I wonder if it is possibly associated with the network, but if then... why it works so well on an Android device? Any site, I watch, so I know this isn't a matter of loading the page.

All the tips, other suggestions are welcome.

Hi Richard,

I've seen one or two other reports of this problem. Please try to delete the application from your device browse not synchronized as they should. Then, reinstall the client edge iOS inspect on the App Store. Please bring back or not which fixes your problems.

We tried to reproduce this today, but it is crorrectly to work for all of us on the engineering team.

  • Albums, do not sync on iOS devices since the upgrade to icloud

    HI, a couple of months, I've upgraded to 200 GB storage iCloud and transferred my library (about 100 GB).  All my photos and videos are synchronized on my iOS (originals on my iMac) devices, but albums I created since the unsynchronized upgrade. I can't work out why, anyone have any ideas?

    Are your albums, smart albums?  Only standard albums will be synchronized to iOS devices.

    No dice.

    I sent the file:

    Users / [username] / Library/Preferences/Adobe/Edge inspect

    in the trash. Has restarted the app and the same thing. Inspect edge seems to start, made a new pref folder, then breaks down in 3 seconds.

  • Adobe Edge inspect does not start

    I installed Adobe edge inspect on my Macbook Air running 10.8.2 and when I run the app, nothing appears in the dock.

    When you look at the activity monitor, sorting by use of the CPU, everytime I launch the app that the "Crash report" process moves upward, then the other, then he went.

    Any suggestions on getting the running application?

    I just tried to run the application (from Spotlight if it makes a difference) and it worked!

  • Question of localhost with Adobe Edge inspect on iPhone

    I synchronize multiple devices to use Adobe Edge inspect.

    I downloaded and installed:

    • Chrome extension.
    • Adobe Edge inspect on Android (on Samsung Galaxy Tablet)
    • Adobe Edge inspect on iPhone 4

    I use a 64-bit Windows OS.

    When I inspect sites online, the Tablet and iPhone synch.

    I have a local instance of Tomcat.

    I have a very simple index.html (Hello World in there).

    When I use in my localhost: 8080 to the chrome browser my Android tablet is synchronized

    The iPhone do not synchronize, and I get a timeout of the request.

    I also tried using the IP address instead of localhost with the same result.

    The iPhone is sync with the sites I have access that are hosted on the web.

    How can I get to synchronize using Tomcat so that I can use my localhost instance?

    It's quite strange. I think you should try to make sure the Windows Firewall and any other firewall or anti-virus software is disabled and try again see if you get a different result with your server local apache.

    Let us know if that helps. If this isn't the case, we'll see if we can get other ideas.

  • iCloud contacts do not sync on all devices

    can someone help me understand why iCloud contacts are not sync on all devices?  I confirmed that keep the changes via my macbook on the iCloud touch shows almost immediately changes on some devices, but not all.

    A comment interesting, devices do not receive the change are the same Member of the family.  so I can't assume it's a matter of iCloud.  I ran a backup restore on one of the devices affected with no resolution.

    I fear I am missing something so basic, but at this point, I am really puzzled.

    So all the machines in question are signed on the same iCloud account, and they have all Contacts enabled in settings > iCloud?

    If so, what is the level of iOS and the model of the device that is not synchronized? What is model level and iOS, other devices?

    I also tried with the static url from java code parameter

    a. you only see the image in preview if encode you this url in amx?

    b. can you try to add *. iconbug.* whitelist and try. (You can do this MAF - application.xml-> Security-> remote URL whitelist)

  • Why directories, including "file" (as /fileadmin in TYPO3) work not with Adobe Edge inspect?

    TYPO3 uses a directory named fileadmin where all the data of the user (e.g. models) is stored. But as far as I tested it again the word 'file' in a folder name is a problem to inspect the edge. The devices did not react if I choose this folder to my iMac or MacBook. I have this problem locally (via MAMP 2) and standard web server too.
    For the moment, I have to use a symbolic link (e.g. fadmin-> fileadmin) to use Edge inspect in my workflow of TYPO3 templating.

    Disregard that. You are 100% correct. Our regular expression search (and ignoring) file:/// URL is incorrect and is accidentally ignoring any url containing the word "file". Oops. Huge apologies from us, we are surprised that this has not been seen before.

    The good news is that it's a simple solution in the Chrome extension and we will be pushing an update to fix this very soon.

  • Adobe Edge inspect Chrome Plug in gray. Stopped working.

    For some reason any plug-in for chrome edge inspect stopped working. I am connected to wifi even, I am connected to creative cloud, program Adobe Edge is on, my devices can find my computer to connect. But the Chrome icon is grayed out and will not light.

    I tried to reinstall. Restarting my computer. Signature in the browser of chome under the same user name as my account of cc of adobe. Nothing has worked so far.

    Strange. At work last week when I tried it. Was there an update of chrome or Adobe CC?

  • Songs do not sync since iOS 10 updated

    Hi guys,.

    As I went to iOS 10 I noticed that a few songs I had bought on iTunes and a few songs that I had moved into my CD music have not synchronized to music.

    I get the symbol of the cloud next to the song and can only listen to songs if I am on wifi.

It's a bit unclear exactly how you have configured devices, but if you are currently using iCloud Music Library (whether for the music of Apple or iTunes game), you would not sync your music from iTunes directly. All of this would be available via Apple iTunes/music game for broadcast, with an option to download a local copy for offline listening.     As I moved to Sierra and iOS 10, my iCloud reader app on my iPhone is not in harmony with what is on my Mac. All my documents are missing. They are on my Mac, on iCloud.com, but will not be displayed in the app iCloud on my iPhone that doesn't show a record of 'Numbers' by default.

    Am I missing something to get all my devices synced?

    Thanks for your post today in Apple Support communities. I see that documents which are synchronized on iCloud computer of Sierra of macOS are not sync on your iPhone. I know it's a great feature to have all your synchronized documents. I'll be more than happy to help.

    Because documents are correctly synchronized from the Mac to iCloud.com, allows to get their sync correctly to the iPhone. Lets go to settings > iCloud > the iCloud player on and off. Once it is off, exit the settings. Then lets turn it back on. It might take a few moments to all turn on again and start the synchronization.

    Check if the documents are appearing. If this is not the case, let know us and we will be happy to help you further.

  • Adobe Clip project not sync between my iPhone 6 Plus and my iPad Pro

    I have prepared a short project Adobe Clip on my iPhone 6s longer.  He played back well on the iPhone 6 Plus.  I then went to my iPad Pro, open Adobe Clip and expected from this project appears in Adobe video on iPad Pro.  It didn't, and after hours leave Xenon Adobe Clip the iPad Pro (not only running in the background), I see a synchronization icon (rotation).  When I click on this icon, it says "download media...". 100%.  No matter how long I leave Adobe Clip open on iPad Pro, I still see the rotating synchronization icon and never see the project appear in Adobe video on iPad Pro.  I have an active account of creative cloud.  My old projects don't appear on the RPI Pro in clip Adobe just this last project.  Anyone have any suggestions to solve this problem of synchronization, the Clip from Adobe is to have between these two devices?

    Hi Tom,

    Sorry for the trouble.

    Can you confirm your using the latest version of the (2.0.2) Clip?

    Here are a few things to try. Please let us know if any of these options helped or not.

    1. launch first music video on the iPad Pro and make sure it is not open on other devices. Let the synchronization of the device completely before background processing application or opening/reading projects.

    2 log on to the account current CC, close the clamp and restart and reconnect. Once again, making sure to leave all projects to download.

    3 remove the Clip on the iPad Pro, then re - install and login to leave remaining projects sync.

    Hope one of these tips to solve your problem. If this isn't the case, we can go down a different road.

    I get the following when you start dashboard error message inspecting: your user name and password are incorrect, or your account has no access onboard inspect CC

    If you are not on a corporate account that has explicitly disabled access, try recording out of the creative cloud desktop application, leave the desktop application edge inspect, reconsignation in the creative cloud desktop app, then opening edge inspect again.
