  You probably have the 32-bit version of Windows - Adobe After Effects since version 10 (year 2010) was only in 64-bit to run it, you need a 64-bit operating system.

  Uninstall AIR and any previous LPD by using the uninstall process, not just drag in the trash, then reinstall the AIR and the SPL and see if things work after that.

  Another more fundamental reason to regard it with suspicion, would be that it signals a crop factor of 0, (of course) which is impossible.

  Hello, I need help.

  I bought a few days ago adobe lightroom, but I cannot download the file. I have riceived an e-mail with the serial number and the order number. In my account, I see the order with also the serial number, but there is not an active link to download the product, worse, I get a write: download does not apply.

  As a workaround I tried to download a trial version but if I write in the numebr riceived series of adobe to unlock the software, I get a message of invalid number. The number I wrote was right.
