  I'm sorry but don't know what 'pat film' is. If it is a 3rd party effect/transition, you may have to pay for it.

  And the video transitions in Premiere Pro CS6 and first Pro CC are the same.

  Only difference, several transitions in CS6.

  A subscription is by definition a current monthly payment. If you pay all in advance, it's quite up to what specific plan you choose. It goes the same for cancellation options.   If it were a new mac mini, you need already installed 10.1 iMovie.  Otherwise, but you already have iMovie 9 registered version to your Apple ID, you can upgrade to version 10 for free, but if (as it appears) is an earlier version then you have to buy version 10.
