Analysis of the problems after the installation of Adobe Reader DC

Hallo,

I have a PC, 64-bit Windows 10, Fuji Xerox printer model CM205f.

Until that I installed Adobe Reader DC, everything worked well, including scan from the printer to the PC by direct USB connection.

After you have installed Adobe Reader DC, I can print files, but the scan from the printer to the PC (by direct connection of USB, no hub) no longer works.

Fuji Xerox printer has a Chief Express Scan that defines which drive/folder scanned files should be saved. I ran the Express Scan Manager to renew the bond, but always scanning does not work.

The problem started after installing Adobe Reader DC, I approach this forum to ask for solutions.

Hi oemlegoem,

Please see this KB doc for help: issues in Adobe Acrobat troubleshooting scanner and check if it solves your problem.

Let us know if problem still persists.

Kind regards

I am trying to install Adobe Reader on several PC, but im having some trubble with it.

I'm working on him do perform a silent installation, using PowerShell, but no luck.

I looked everywhere on the web, but I was not able to find anything, so I am currently forced to install the drive on its own, next to the PowerShell script.

  • Error 1310 during the installation of Adobe reader.

Vista Home premium.  I tried a single repair for this error.  I can't do a reinstall/upgrade as suggested I bought a disc of upgrade and it only let me do a full installation and not an upgrade.

Here is a list of articles on Error1310 from the Adobe website: http://community.adobe.com/help/search.html?searchterm=Error+1310&q=Error+1310&l=reader_product_adobelr&x=0&y=0&area=0&lr=en_US&hl=en_US.  We help you with your problem.

Otherwise, try the Adobe Forums - this is specific for Adobe Reader: http://forums.adobe.com/community/adobe_reader_forums/adobe_reader.

I do not understand about the purchase of drives for Adobe Reader is free and I do not think that it is distributed by disc.  Re-installation of Vista is NOT the answer to this problem (if it even does nothing to resolve all that is the problem)-there must be a simpler solution and you can find it on the sites above.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  • Error message:-during the Installation of Adobe reader on Windows Vista

When I install Adobe reader on Windows vista.   I get an error message - this installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid window installation package.

Download another copy - this copy may be impaired.  Save the download on your computer instead of just running.  When it is on the desktop, right-click on it and click Run as administrator, and see if that helps.

Where are you downloading from?  Get it directly from the Adobe site: http://www.adobe.com/.

Which version of Vista you are running, and all updates are installed including SP2?

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  • Failure of the installation of Adobe reader. not enough space permissions

I try to install Adobe Reader DC to my Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.3, and when I try to complete the installation, the message 'failed to install. permissions insufficient disk space"appears.

I fixed the permissions, activated Java Script is enabled, etc.. I don't know what else to do. Maybe I deleted something accidentally when I went to uninstall a previous version. But I don't think that's the problem.

    Thanks in advance!

  • "Error 1402.Could not open key" during the installation of Adobe reader or acrobat in server 2008r2

This error has been reported previously and in the PC, the solution is to go to the MSFS file.  In the registry of the server 2008r2 software / CurrentVersion / run: there is no OpticalComponents/MSFS.

    Really need help.  Thanks Chris

It seems that this problem was created because I used the clean windows on this server uninstall utility before the utility was removed by MS because it caused this error.  There is a registry fixit solution to restore the default permissions that I found that has worked for others.  Itself will follow the appropriate section.  Thanks Chris

  • Remove the old GPO Adobe Reader package

It is more GPOS than Adobe Reader question. I hope someone can answer this question. I have the active directory Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2. In recent months I've created several packages of GPO to automatically install Adobe Reader 9.x and its successive updates to the Windows XP SP3 computers. I have packets of GPOS to deliver the version 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 and today I have just added an another GPO to deploy the patch version 9.3.2.

The total size of all 4 packets is about 400 MB. I would like to get rid of old packages but not knowing how. It is also easy to click with the right button on the old package that I want to delete, and select all tasks - click on delete and select allow users to continue to use the software, but prevent new installations? After that, I can just delete associated shared folder that contains the installation of Adobe Reader files, right?

Please let me know if the above is the right way to remove the old package of GPO. Thank you.

as long as the new package has already been deployed on all clients and 'improved' aka uninstalled the old out of package, the link is fine.
