  With this info, I want to know what sql code associated to these (SID, SERIAL #). The SQL password from v$ sqlarea. But I'm not able to join v$ session_longops with v$ sqlarea. Any help is appreciated.

  Let's say we're on 9.2.0.8 and long duration of the transaction, I mean, we started some update (1 row only but no commit / rollback) and do nothing for a few days.
  If the amount of the cancellation is minimal, but we wanted to cancel used slot and 1 cancellation transaction table entry.
  Is this some sort of dangerous? AFAIK undo is circular buffer type so set us an upper end and prevent the new transaction to use "low".
  Please provide details. I noticed that a few GUI related situation cancel 100% full, don't know if that's ok.

  NO can't you. IE you can accept the profile recommended by Advanced optimizer, but it didn't affect/change the already for a long time the application runing.

  SQL profile contain generally advance information required by the optimizer to produce effective explain the plan. If you look inside the SQL profile, you will find that it contains ultimately a set of TIPS of SQL.

  So to answer your first question, NO, because when SQL Analysis first hard/soft it parse already have generate / used its query plan, then you cannt change an existing query running. The new accepted SQL profile will be used the next time.

  Answers to your second question - once you run the SQL tuning advisor you would see typically other recommends, for example, statistics are out of date, create the new set of index etc etc. So you should first focus on these recommendations first. I know its bit cubersome to apply all of these recommendations, but practically when you implement these reco (except accept the sql profile) and still perform SQL Tuning advisor then could see previous recommendations went away (you already implemented like them), but if the SQL Setup again recommend to accept the profile so I think it would be OK. Because you already explored other tuning techniques recommended by the optimizer. Also the profile SQL too can become obsolete and to maintain their.

• Laptop HP ST09 long duration of life: battery secondary load problem

  I recently bought a HP laptop computer ST09 long battery life, but it does not load how as I expect and cause me pain.   My computer is a Zbook of 15.

  Both batteries are detected by my Windows 7 number of functioning, however when an AC adapter is connected only the original battery charges.  This way in order to charge the secondary battery, I need to physically disconnect the original battery and have only the ST09 in.

  It is a very annoying procedure have to do whenever the secondary battery is discharged.  Is anyway at the same time load at the same time or just charge the secondary battery when the two are connected?

  OK done something that essentially solved the problem. There is a 'Quick Battery Charge' feature that can be enabled in the BIOS which stop the primary battery to 90% charge and launched a secondary battery loading to optimize the charge cycle.
