Axis Vertical LineChart

I am currently draw a bunch of data, and I ran into a situation where some of the data are actually percentages, where the expected behavior is to other map data to a standard vertical axis that measure County but to map this percentage of data on a vertical secondary when 100% is equal to the height of the line card. Is this possible? Someone at - it an example? What I'm looking for, it's something that looks like this:

500 | 100%
| |
Coun 250 | 50% percentage
| |
0 |____________________| 0%
0 7 14 21 28
days

Thank you
Josh

Wow, this example has trashed when it was published.

Good news is that I answered my own question. Graphics take just load a 'secondDataProvider' and a 'secondSeries' to do.

  • Setting Base Y Axis on LineChart

    Hi, a newbie Charting question.

    My chart has limited space on the screen and all the data sets are between 1200 and 2000. Is it possible (e.g. property) I put the starting value of the y-axis to something like 1000. There was a ' base' property that I thought that maybe for this end he seemed to have no effect.

    Thoughts appreciated.

    There is a property baseAtZero that you can set on a LinearAxis/NumericAxis. If you set to false (the default is true), then your axis values will be based on your data.

  • M6-1035dx Pavilion: Pavilion m6-1035dx touchpad y axis too sensitive after upgrade Windows 10

    I installed my m6-1035dx Pavilion at 10 Windows laptop. Everything seems to work pretty well, except the touchpad. The Synaptics 10 Windows driver is much too sensitive along the y-axis (vertical movement), but it is very well along the x-axis (horizontal movement). If I try to move my cursor in a circle, I get an ellipse instead, and this disparity makes it very difficult to use touchpad. Sensitivity adjustment does not help, because it scales sensitivity times X and Y at the same time.

    I tried these different drivers with varying results:

    1. latest Synaptics touchpad driver for Windows 10 (version 19.0.19.1): Y axis is too sensitive with respect to X axis. Otherwise, this driver seems to work perfectly.

    2 no driver (Windows using the generic PS/2 mouse driver): X / axes are correct, but no other feature of the trackpad works (scrolling, etc..)

    3 last Synaptics touchpad driver driver from HP for Pavilion m6-1035dx (version 16.0.5.1) page: X / axes are correct, but scrolling does not work in many applications. This driver does not officially support Windows 10 (I think that it supports up to 7), but it seems to work correctly in Windows 10, aside from the problems with scrolling.

    I would point out to Synaptics, but they do not seem to support (as far as I can tell), so I'm posting here in the hope that someone would have an idea of what I can try next. There may be a hidden registry setting that I can change?

    Hello @mrbumpy409,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I also looked in the registry, I couldn't find anything that jumped. I speculated with the values of height and width of the corner, but change does not seem to do anything.

    I have no information on the release of driver, but you can try the driver compatible windows 8 rather than windows 7 one.

  • Vertical movement

    CS4 versions there was a strange development in the Move command. When you set the y-axis vertical is now reversed. Is there a way to define this work as the way of the inheritance?

    Until the moving vertical CS3 :-10 cm moved the 10 cm object down on the artboard, on CS4/CS5 that it moves 10 cm to the top. I use CS3 and CS5 versions on different computers and its annoying when I mix the two axes, whenever I need to move objects.

  • Cursor on the background Image

    I have a complex series of customizable regions that is painted on the background of the screen in an application I'm building.  As I'm painting bitmaps on the screen, I capture the coordinates of each image to a global vector object.  The goal is to capture the X, Y of a user click to determine this graph that was clicked.

    Paint works very well and the sets of vector up without any problems and I have a global navigationMovement and navigationClick both seized their appropriate events.

    The first problem I have is that I can not understand how to make a cursor of any type appear on the screen, so I have no idea where the cursor is hoisted.

    The next issue I'm facing is the X, the values of Y being produced are always 0,1-1,0 and 0,0-, which means that I don't get mouse movements on the screen.

    I added a manager of vertical field on the screen (set to use the height and width), but that did not help.

    Can someone please help?

    The storm is actually a lot easier, because you don't need to keep track of your "position" - it is there where the person touched.  If you need to capture the TouchEvents

    protected boolean touchEvent (TouchEvent message) {.}

    and determine from the event where x and are and so where you draw your cursor.

    The storm no is a little harder, you must override navigationMovement and move your cursor where it is, in the indicated directions.

    Once you have determined that your cursor is over, invalidate() screen to redraw the it. This will force through the routine of painting.

    Suppose you decide that your cursor is located at "cursorx" on the "superficial" and horizontal axis vertical.  Assume that your cursor is a Bitmap named _cursor (not very original I know).  The "slider" drawing is actually surprisingly easy.  Substitute paint in your screen as follows:

    protected void paint (Graphics graphics) {}
    Super.Paint (Graphics);

    graphics.drawBitmap (cursorx, cursory, _cursor.getWidth (), _cursor.getHeight (), _cursor, 0, 0);

    }

    Job done.

    Finally almost.  The above is simplified.  You will find that you might want to play wide speed real he of the movement, and if he moves directly to the point, or moving it slowly over a number of intervals (call invalidate() to force another refreshment).  You might also want to invalidate() only the area that you need to, so do not redraw the entire screen, just the area that had the slider to remove it and the area that the cursor has moved to.  Also cursorx and superficial in what precedes is the upper-left corner of the cursor, you can center the cursor over the point.

    So much more to do, but I hope that you get!

    Good luck.

  • How to change the distance between the objects in a layer?

    Screen Shot 2016-04-24 at 1.58.51 pm.png

    Hello

    I want to enlarge the whole dial without changing the size of the numbers. Help, please. Thank you.

    I guess you first drew a circle, then using edit > Transform step - and repeat of 30 degrees, placed the rays and then placed the numbers. If Yes, you have made the living catch already. (Fig. 1). Add a layer and add a concentric circle (mine was a guess because I do not have your original reference). Dupe the dial. Individually select 6, 6. 9-12 and fooled each in turn and using the axis vertical and horizontal moving to chip away at numbers using your NSEW keyboard arrows.  Then Image > Image Rotation > arbitrary, spin the entire file 30 degrees. Who will give new V and H positions and move them by using the arrows NSEW. Repeat once put in the final figures in the expanded dial.

  • Subform: Happy Flow only within certain limits

    Some of the most difficult concepts for me to keep straight in my mind are the effects of various combinations of:

    • Content: positioned vs content: flowing for a subform.
    • Allow content Page breaks [Yes/No] for a subform.
    • Allow multiple lines to an object within a subform,
    • Allow content Page breaks [Yes/No] for an object within a subform.

    In my case, I have a form that has two fields as shown below. The field 1.3 means subcontractor: must be able to expand vertically to accommodate as many lines of text that the user wants to enter, but you must stay in the left/right area I put it. In other words, the y-axis (vertical) must be able to develop, but the object must not be able to get around the x-axis (horizontal). When and if it grows, you have to push down the content that follows (stated as 1.4 means sub-contract Date: [text field]).

    livecycle_1.png

    I have done before with other forms, but I'll be darn if I remember how I did it.

    Hi, if you want your text 1.3 subcontractor means: the textfield on the right track, you must insert the text in the legend of the TextField...

    Insert a legend:

    The legend in design mode is placed to the left of the text box if you see in the image above, there is 1 line on the left which limits the area of textfield and another line that is on the left line of the textbox itself,

    You can also change some of the settings in the Palette layout at the bottom under the legend. Change its position or placeholder

    The text of the legend can be inserted directly in the design, or you can access it via the field object Palette in the legend: textbox...

    Expand TextField:

    To be able to expand the textfield object vertically, you will need the subforms of parents of the textfield object to be cast all the content.

    For the properties of the TextField object, you need to set 2 different things:

    1. field Palette object: check allow multiple lines

    2. layout Palette: check (in height) Expand to fit

    I hope that helps!

  • JPanel and SetVisibility, not clear how works the paintComponent

    Hello

    I have a JFrame, which has defined by user JPanel is drawn where a chart based on the data of the registered user. (using the graphics classes)

    The paintComponent method draws at the start of the axis the x-axis and the y-axis (vertical and horizontal line)

    The thing is... Initially I'll put JPanel visibility to false. OnClick of a button, it is true, then we begin to plot points.

    It's getting... The Code for plot points are non-reflecting on Panel on the first click of the button. If I click on the new button (now JPanel is visible), the points are found.

    If I setVisible true, what happens to the JPanel?

    PEACE,

    Draw your plots in paintComponent()
    Like this

    {
      super.paintComponent(g);
      drawAxis(g);
      if (plotsExists) {
        drawPlots(g); //pass graphics instance in the method
      }

  • Vertical sync to the temporal position of two or more systems 2D axis?

    Tiara in: REVIEWS,.

    Is it possible to vertically sync the time position of two or more cards of 2D axis system placed over the other?

    I have posted several channels on a 2D graph and a channel of particular interest on a separate table above, that was very easy to do. It would really help synchronize time on the two charts position, such as a scrolling graph also scrolls the second table, or zoom graph also zooms in the second picture of the same area, which seems to be a pretty basic thing you want to do, but I have not found a way to do it again.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    JohnGrove salvation,

    Actually, yes we CAN do it-if you have DIAdem 2010.  There is an example called "Alignment of the functions in DIAdem VIEW" delivered for the first time with DIAdem 2010.  When you run this example, you will get a new Star ' * ' icon in the top right corner of the Panel VIEW.  Click on the new icon for a collection of functions of alignment axis which I think will make you happy.

    String priceSide = "-fx-side: right;";

        Set<Node> axisNode = lineChart.lookupAll(".axis");
            for(final Node axis : axisNode){

                axis.setStyle(priceSide);
            }
    and trace it correctly: same problem happens if I use
    "-fx-side: left;";
    What's wrong with this code?

    Thank you.

    You want to just set right on the NumberAxis side. You set right on the NumberAxis side and axis desabscisses. You can see this in test (axis instanceof NumberAxis) before calling setStyle your loop for.

  • How did you would return an ImageView along its vertical axis?

    Hello

    How did you would return an ImageView along its vertical axis? It would help me to reduce the number of image files, that I need in my project.

    Thank you
    Jose

    Apply a transformation of rotation of 180 degrees on its lower left corner followed by a translate directly by the width of the image.

    See http://jewelsea.wordpress.com/2011/11/16/rotation-transform-example/ for a code pointer (not exactly what you need but I hope it will help you understand how to achieve what you want).

  • Design of the Vertical axis labels

    Hi all

    I am a newbie to Flex and has difficulties with a BarChart, where the vertical axis labels are small enough to be almost unreadable. I would like to increase the EIS of the labels, while keeping the overall size constant.

    I've added an AxisRenderer to the vertical axis and specified a styleName with a fontSize 10. The effect has been to reduce the size of the labels even more! (In fact, the mere presence of the AxisRenderer without a specification styleName was sufficient to cause this additional reduction). Later, I defined a color in the style just to check that the style has been applied (if only partially).

    Is there a better approach for dimensioning of the axis labels? I'm using BF 3 Beta 3. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

    A-ah! gutters!

  • Horizontal menu with Vertical axis there too

    Hello

    I have a horizontal menu that works great except for two things:

    1. I want to scroll slowly when users have their cursor over or vertically beside her, but faster when they get it vertically or the cursor is on the object. So I think that if I use the FLF property that would work.

    2. the chart that scrolls horizontally Gets a little wonky at the place that is the 0 point (x and y) of the movieclip. As she slowly slips, it wobbles as it is slow to redraw.

    Below is the script of the object. Everything works except the if then statement with the FLF info and speed near the bottom. The menu is placed at x =-50 and y = 460 and it is 3155 pixels pixels x 102 wide maximum.

    Thank you!

    onClipEvent (load)
    {
    Overview = 400;
    Speed = 1/200;

    }
    onClipEvent (enterFrame)
    {
    var distance = overview - _root._xmouse;
    _x +=(distance*Speed);
    If (_x > 0) _x =-1550;
    If (_x <-1550) _x = 0;
    If the speed (FLF < 200) = 1/200;
    on the other
    Speed = 1/80;
    }

    your variable (speed) must change according to the FLF mouse property. but it is changing compared to the movieclip.

    I'm not sure that's what you want. You can use _root._ymouse.

  • WPF chart: difficulty width of vertical axis

    How do I do that? Currently, it is automatically resized to fit label max tick.

    I just use TemplateValuePresenter as a simple XAML example only. When you set your own trainer of value, you can return any user interface element to display. For example, if you were derived from GeneralValueFormatter , you can use code like below wrap his design in a Viewbox :

    protected override UIElement VisualizeCore( TData value, ValuePresenterArgs args, UIElement existingVisual ) {

            var viewbox =

                   existingVisual as Viewbox

                ?? new Viewbox { MaxWidth = 16, StretchDirection = StretchDirection.DownOnly };

    viewbox.Child = base.VisualizeCore( value, args, viewbox.Child );

            return viewbox;

        }

    Your XAML code snippet, it seems you want to specify a .NET "0.00" format. In this case, you can use the StringFormat property provided by Binding :
