C7280 ink counter does not work
The ink on my C7280 wife meter does not record ink, even with new cartridges. It also does not generate a down or ink messages. Any ideas?

Copy and printing in black ink do not work. No light warning flashing on the printer.
Via the computer, I get the black ink levels (bowtie symbol?) is ok, but less than 25%.
The cartridge ink levels color is close to zero, it is said. How ever, when copying, the color works nice
but printing in black ink does not at all.
I tried to clean the inkheads twice.
Should I replace both cartridges?
Why don't show the printer ink level lights?
Why computer don't warn me about low ink levels?

I understand that the ink lights do not work and you cannot print in black with your HP Deskjet 2050, and I'm happy to help you!
If you have tried everything in this guide, solve the problems of quality Print to the HP Deskjet 1050, 1050 A, 2050 and 2050 all-in - One Printer Series. Then I would definitely consider replacing both cartridges.
About the ink levels, there should be an icon of HP printer on your desktop. Double-click it to open it, click the picture of the level of ink in the HP Solution Center, and then click the advance tab Setiings, here you can choose if you want alerts of ink to showed immediately or only when you print.

I recently updated my operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7 (32 bit). Before the upgrade, my C7280 worked fine using the center of Solution and in my home wireless network. After the upgrade to Windows 7 and download and install PS_AIO_02_Net_Full_Win_WW_130_140.exe, version 13.1.0, Solution Center does not work.
At the opening of the solution Center, it displays disconnected printer. Using the Wireless Setup Wizard, the printer connects to the network. I can open the Solution Center and it works very well for about 3 seconds and then goes to the printer disconnected mode.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the software update for Windows 7 package C7280 repeatedly and with the same results. I downloaded and installed the patches and still no change.
I finally had to restore my computer to original operating system. After the computer back to its original configuration, I used the original to HP Photosmart printer disk to reinstall the driver for Windows Vista. Everything worked as before. Then I ran the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor. Yet once, he told me that the HP Photosmart C7280 printer was not compatible with Windows 7. I uninstalled the printer driver and run Windows 7 upgrade advisor. This time, I have not received any message about the C7280 printer.
I installed upgrading to Windows 7 (32-bit), and then upgrade the HP Photosmart C7280 for Windows 7 32-bit driver. Everything works fine now.
I'm having the same problem. New cartridge. I bought a pack of three for $59.00. I think to install a new one and return to the rest of the three Pack if one is defective. Don't know what else to do.
Please perform the below mentioned steps, which should solve the problem.
- Check the level of ink on the ink cartridges, it should be full of > 25%.
- Press on the SETUP ( button tool key icon), and then
- Press TOOLS , and then select CLEAN PRINTHEAD.
You may be able to execute the above mentioned as follows at least for 2 - 3 times.
If the problem persists, call the HP TECHNICAL SUPPORT for assistance.

Hello, I have checked the ink cartridges levels three color and just installed a new black ink cartridge. I did a test of color, which shows any blue. I did all three levels of cleaning the cartridge heads. The screen still shows that I have adequate levels of ink, but no blue out at all! There was a drop of blue outside the cartridge, so it's not like it is clogged. Thank you!

That's really all that you can do and really all I can do you! The print head is probably the issue. Please contact HP phone Support and see what they can do to help.

Hello. I have a deskjet D1341. My operating system is windows vista. I use to be able to find where I can check the ink levels for my cartridges but now cannot. I was in line and followed the instructions precisely, but it seems that there is a service tab is missing at any given time. Can someone guide me through it may be. I go to control panel.and then what?

I have the HP Officejet 4500 series printer. When I repaled branch HP 901 black cartridge is new, the alignment page went without black, undetected illustrated message text. I went through all the step to check the ink level, to clean the print head, troubleshooting... .but was frustrated. The b & w document print at all. Please advice. Thank you very much.
What is the warranty ends on the day on the cartridge? (AAAA/MM/JJ) If it is under warranty I had advice contact our telephone support HP...
Ink monitor does not work with win 7. It is connected to a pc win 7 and the ink monitor does not work on the two win xp computers on the same network.
There are Windows 7 drivers here...

Generally, functions such as ink levels work only on the host with the full support of the package installed and is not available for all computers that are connected to the host of the printer.

Counter-strike 1.6 Steam does not work in Win8. I clicked on Windows + W and I did the software runs in Windows 7 mode. It now opens but the screen remains black and whena I opens task menager HL.exe does not work. It opened only once!

This is a new printer. I replaced the ink black sample with a new cartridge and it won't print.
Hi, have you tried running print head cleaning? If this does not work, I would say to contact the HP support by phone that you need a replacement.
