  I've created an Adobe Dynamic XML using LiveCycle Designer form with many fields / subforms that are 'visible' or the 'hidden' according to the selected options of different menu drop-down lists. Also, the form has been activated to save. Users can successfully fill out the form and save a copy with the data that has been entered.

  The problem I have is that when the recorded file is opened again in the 'hidden' fields / subforms that were previously made visible by selecting the appropriate options in the drop-down list NOT displayed now. However if you make the same selections from each of the drop-down list shows still hidden ONCE the fields / subforms are displayed, and do not contain data that has been entered.

  The problem seems to be that the script that determines whether a field / subform is 'hidden' or 'visible' is a

  "<event activity="output" name="event__exit">" "

  that is followed by

  If (this.rawValue is '0')- (i.e. the value of the drop-down list)

  sfCompanyDetails.presence = "visible";

  sfRecruitmentAgency.presence = 'hidden ';

  etc, etc.

  and, therefore, it is not executed again when the file is reopened.

  Can someone advise please how do I do this?

  I was wondering how you go about the generation of a pre-filled form of ADF. Is this something that is done if the designer of the ADF and the business objects? or do you create database tables stay and bind in the ADF and the workflow. Specifically, I want that if a user is presented with a several drop-down lists when the human task of the initiator is executed.

  1. Yes, in all first place in the database, we added all the data manually for all research. Its our own schema custom. We plan to provide a few simple administration screens in a different WebApps to maintain these values to search. Note that it is a different simple ADF application, with a layer of EJB and EJB layer calling this and get/update database values.

  2. in ADDITION, we have a few search values we get from system/application totally another as Oracle EBS Suite. To do this, we have created custom schema. In this custom scheme, we have a few stored procedures created by the developers of EBS database (they are more familiar with EBS). Now in our EJB layer, we use architecture JPA, call these stored procedures and get all values for the search and display in the TaskDetails page. These values are maintained in EBS itself, so we have not all custom within our SOA/BPM project admin screens.

  In conclusion, our SOA/BPM applications, we have 2 databases. First database is for components SOA where we run RCU comand and there all SOA_INFRA, MDS, diagrams ORABAM etc. The second database is for our custom schema specific to our application. Here, we have our own lookup tables, custom table and all cutom stored procedures than coonect to external EBS etc. Weblogic console, we have just to create a data source for this second database and use layer JPA (persistence.xml file). For the first database, you already know that in the creation of the field itself, it will create all sources of data also.

  You need to make calls to two DB. 1 the one you have made already that will fill the DDList with appropriate values. Then a second call that will pass a SQL statement to the DB to retrieve the record that contains the value of the wheels or brakes that the user has selected in the DDList. This part is possible with the code. There is an example how to proceed at this place.

  as the Product Details form, I saw in the application database to sample 4.2 apex.

  If you want most of your pages without a sidebar, then go the components shared-> themes, then on the right sidebar tasks click 'Edit Theme'. Then click on the theme. Switch the Page into the appropriate template that does not have a sidebar.  For example, if you are on the tabs on the same level, go to 'A level tabs - Content Frame' or with no tabs "Tabs No. - No. Sidebar" switch.

  If you are simply by changing a SINGLE page to have no sidebar, but you want to most of the other pages on, then switch the tamplate page itself the appropriate model.

• Fill in the form with the information to another form

  I have 2 forms.  I want to automatically fill the second form with the information of the first shape.  How could I get this?  I tried to import the xml data in the first shape in the second form, and nothing happened.  All fields of the second form have the same name as the corresponding fields on the first form.  I don't know what else I'm missing / need to do.

  Data can be imported into another form, but if it is not based on the same structure or schema (having the same name is not enough), then you can map incoming data to the fields on your form (this is called binding). In the dataview tab, you can create a new data connection (use the sample xml option) and your data structure is displayed in the palette. Then simply drag and drop each data node on the ground where the data should go. An icon will appear next to the data node to indicate that it is linked. Now, when you import the product data knows where you want the mapped data.

  You can also see where each field of the form is bound by highlighting the classified and clicking on the link tab.

  Yes, in most cases. If it is not in your actual embed code, you will need to be added to the script that uses the code. There are literally hundreds of form manages the codes out there on the web, it would be impossible to tell you exactly where it needs to be added. Your best option is to use a third party such as JotForms or WooForms shape provider and use the third Muse Widgets for these services.

  You can set the polygon tool to 3 sides, or use the pen tool.

  It seems they have changed the way search works after the update. You can always edit contacts by opening the Contacts app, then open the contact you want to change. We do not know why they made the change, but unfortunately it is out of our reach. I don't know that they had a reason for this.
