If there is no problem and that the seller can reasonably prove that he bought through a legitimate source (by providing a copy of the original invoice, for example), there should be no problem.

  This is a classic symptom of video driver problems, probably associated with OpenGL.

  Go to Edit - Preferences - Performance, uncheck] enable OpenGL drawing, close and then restart Photoshop and see if the problem goes away.

  If so (or even if it's not), go to the web site of the manufacturer of your video card and check to see if they have released new drivers.  Chances are, if your video interface is not out of support entirely, the new drivers will fix the problem you see.

  Do not forget to re - enable OpenGL drawing in Photoshop after you have updated your drivers.

  2 before you can activate it on the new computer, you need to disable the old one (see photo)

  3. once the old is disabled, you can install it on the new computer using the same serial number as long as you disabled former (make sure that you have Internet when disable you)
