  I guess that the BIOS of 64 bit Vista would be the best choice for Windows 7 64 bit. The other version of BIOS on the Toshiba site seems to be for 32 bit OS, so you can choose the 64-bit version of Vista.

  If you just did an upgrade, everything should work fine, or at least, you should be able to change easily. There is no big changes for journals between 9.3.1 and 11.1.2.2.
