Can not activate eLearning suite 6.1

Adobe "Customer Care" is an absolute joke.  I'm on day 3 of not being able to activate Adobe eLearning 6.1 on Windows 7 x 64 enterprise.  I work in the it Department for my employer, so I'm not exactly stupid when it comes to technology.  This software works only as a test.  It's now day 3 and e-Learning suite 6.1 is not activated and my user is unable to do its job. I took a laptop, wiped the drive, installed Windows 7 x 64 charges and reinstalled Adobe eLearning 6.1.  Apply all patches to Adobe eLearning 6.1.  Hearing stops with a message "license cannot be validated" and the program stops and Photoshop CS6 fair takes place for 10 seconds and closes without any error.  The software will work well if I disable the software and use it as a trial.


They said it was a problem of network/firewall, then I home and he used my Internet: same question.  I went on the forums, read some suggestions and made from Adobe's advanced network tests: all past.  I contacted them again this morning and they say 'we look at the papers that you have submitted.  These logs were sent yesterday to 08:00 or more than 24 hours ago.

I haven't tried to call on the phone, but no, no,: we do not have phone support, chat only support is available.  This is the case no: 0188064678.  How long does it take to watch software which is not enabled?

OK, it's resolved.  Adobe technical support gave me another key on e-Learning, which didn't work, so they gave me different keys for hearing and Photoshop and that seems to work.
