Can't make a PDF from a MS-word file

I can't make a PDF from a MS-Word file. The function has been effective for a long time, however, it became not effective this time. I tried to make a PDF from another MS-Word file and a pdf file could be made to be. Therefore, in my view, the problem is in the Adobe Acrobat.

Version: WAA Acrobat 9.0.

OS: Windows 7 Professional, Japanese version.

I tried to make a pdf file from other files in MS-Word and also from other applications, including Windows Memo, however, make a folder of pdf have been impossible so far. When I tried to make a pdf file, a small window appears on the screen, saying that a PDF Adovè is underway. In the window, 'document name' selective and candidates of the 'document' name are the list of file names which I missed to make a PDF of these MS-Word and other applications.

I checked some information about the website and Adobe, however, that the information available for my case appeared to be "uninstall and install again". I prefer other methods if possible.

Fortunately, the problem has been resolved by the method which I didn't do, uninstall and reinstall. I got to have a time to do the job this time.

One last thing I found was the problem in the MS-Word file. I've included some figures that have been copied from PowerPoint file. I changed the jpg files using Windows Paint software, then a PDF file could be from the new version of MS-Word format.
