  I googled this file pofusido.dll and it could be caused by a virus.

  I would suggest that you disable the restore mode as viruses use it to reinstall set apart them.

  Download and install the free http://www.malwarebytes.org/

  Restart the computer and keep pressing F8 to get into safe mode with network connection.

  Once you have updated Malwarebytes run and see if it can remove the virus.

  You need to go to your Inbox message, click options, and then send reconciliation and scroll through EACH e-mail under the heading message services and make sure that ' remove the "is set to prompt.  It must be defined for each email address.

  Close the Message pane by pressing F8, select the message with a single click on the left and press the delete of your choice or do a right-click and select Remove.

  FYI, Thunderbird does not allow scripts to run so if you do not open any attachments or click on the links you should be fine anyway.
