  • This happens with all the videos you want to create?
  • You are able to play these videos just fine on the computer?
  • Do you have any software of third-party DVD burning or codec pack installed on the computer?

  Step 1

  You can try to disable the restore default setting filters and check if you are able to get audio and video when you try to create a movie in movie maker.

  To restore the default settings, follow the steps below:

  a. open Windows Movie maker

  b. click on tools and then click Options.

  c. click on the Compatibility tab.

  (d) to restore the default list, click on restore all the default values and click Ok.

  When you restore the default settings, the list and the filters settings are given to the last known good setting.

  Step 2

  Also if you have everything installed any third-party application to create movies try to uninstall it and check if you are able to view the movie in Windows Movie maker.

  If the steps above do not work, try to disable the whole filter in Windows movie maker and check if it works.

  To disable the filter follow the steps below:

  a. open Windows Movie maker

  b. click on tools and then click Options.

  c. click on the Compatibility tab.

  d. uncheck all the listed filter and click OK.

  You can also try the below.

  (1) insert a video of the event with autoplay.

  (2) clear visibility of PI.

  (3) insert a button, make its action of success as evidenced by the Video_Object_1.

  In the published output, when you click the button, movie starts to play. Please let me know if it solves your problem.

  You can use the image based on the photo of the for do in iMovie 10.1.2 (latest version).   Both earlier versions.

  10.1.2 place your image above the time line and select it.  In the toolbar at the top of the screen, click the button that looks like to the overlap of the squares. In the menu on the left, select image in the image.   Your photo will appear as an insert in the preview screen.  You can resize and move around. Then click on the reset button to the right.

  Well, you can add titles and subtitles for your original videos, of course. But optional subtitles that you can turn on/off your DVD playback is not a feature of Premiere Elements or virtually any system I know of DVD authoring not pro.
