  Donaldsond58526776 in addition to the suggestion of Howard Heflin I recommend to run the uninstall utility to desktop application Adobe Creative cloud available during the uninstall of the Adobe Creative cloud desktop application and then reinstall the creative cloud desktop application.  If you receive additional errors, feel free to update this discussion.

  You can use the cleanup tool to remove the creative cloud & then try version prior to using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
