  Hello... I have problem with wi-fi/lan connection. I work in a school with about 100 children. The problem is that some computers/phones/laptops can connect normally to a connection wi-fi/lan but some cant. The internet icon actually shows normal connection, but you cannot browse the internet. When this happen the only thing I can do to help temporarily change the mac address of the device with software changing Mac and which usually resolves it. So maybe the problem is that too many devices are connected at the same time or mac addreses interfere with each other or something. I have tried almost everytnig, reseting routers, change the settings of the router, changing channels, etc. of mac filtering... It was working fine before. Maybe you can help. P.S.   I hope someone can help me with a problem I have with my adsl 877 router.

  A little history:

  I installed it like my router to the internet, which is connected to a Linksys WRT54GL Wireless access point.

  My windows & Linux devices/computers cell phones all work fine on this configuration and connect without problem

  However, all my devices apple, phones and ipads work fully. I can get to google and a handful of pages, but not the store games or facebook etc (my daughter thinks it's the end of the world - without FB and instagram)

  If I go out Cisco and put a Thompson router, everything works fine. so I guess something with the Cisco config.

  I don't see a reason why the Apple devices in particular would have a problem, but I would add 'ip tcp adjust-mss 1442' in your interface to Dialer10 to see if that helps you. You're dealing with a connection with a low MTU and this will cause problems with packages that do not fragment, such as HTTPS.

  Generally, if your Mac works correctly in Mode safe, but not normally, then you have a third-party software that runs at the start of the origin of the problem.

  Safe mode disables most of the extensions of third-party startup and some Apple hardware, so it could be another problem for Apple, but I have never heard of your problem.

  I have a model of adapter Belkin F5D 7050 and I used it without a problem since August 2009. He was attached to the USB port on the side of my Dell monitor. I have recently moved house, to get the best signal, I plugged it into the USB port on the front of my office and it was working fine.
  Overnight, it doesn't work at all and after several installs and uninstalls drivers supplied with the device, I managed to get it working again, but it only works on the port from the top on the side of my monitor. USB ports work well and work with my iPhone, digital camera and everything I have except the adapter.

  Now could someone please be kind enough to tell me how will operate on the USB port that I really need?

  I tried to contact Belkin support, but they are without hope.

  Hi everyone, according to me, my problem is SOLVED. I had disabled IPV6. I activated it set it automatically detect and it seemed to solve the problem.   I'm helping someone to implement their MacBook Pro and iPad to print wirelessly on their Officejet 6700. I have recently set them up with a new Apple Airport Extreme for their router. The printer connects to the wireless network. During the installation process of the printer is fine, that the MacBook can easily see the printer. The appropriate driver is installed.   I have a vague feeling that the problem may have something to do with the router settings and to test my theory, I would like to try something for me.

  Please, open the preferences system, printing and scanning, click on the + symbol to add a printer, but this time, instead of the default tab, click the IP tab. Now let's add the printer using HP Jet Direct Protocol instead of the standard Hello.

  

  You can enter the IP address here, choose the HP Jet Direct and then select the printer driver, and then try to print. You will not be able to analyze this way, I just do this for diagnostic purposes. If you can print, it confirms the Hello Protocol is, and you will need to call Apple to make them turn on Hello, multicast and ensure that all the necessary ports are open.
