Computer failure, how do I reinstall?

My computer just crashed and burned and now, we have replaced the motherboard and cpu. Windows want to reinstall and if she did this, crash everything on the hard drive to get rid of my stuff CS5.5 and CS6. Everything will have to be reinstalled. I have been through this sort of thing before with my CS4 and it should have the support somehow reset my activation so that I can indeed, enable all over again. I think that during the time I had my CS5.5 and upgraded to the free CS6 (which are always in my here on Adobe documentation) that they had to return once more. I don't have a chance to turn it off.

Who and how can I contact someone about this when I try to reinstall it in the next few days?
