  I need to a few pointers and guideance on how to set up automatic numbering for tables and figures separately.  As is the case, the sequence number ahead of the use by a table or figure.  For example, table 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, table 4.    What I need in this case, it is table 1, Figure 1, Figure 2, table 2.

  The easisest way is to use what is called an indicator of the series for you the sequence of automatic numbering. It is a single letter to the star of automatic numbering. As a general rule, we can use F: to figures and T: for tables. FM will then number these flows differently. You can make things more complicated in your configuration (and much easier for authors) by using a matrix of numbers where the parent title tags reset low counters (which is what Peter was referring to).

  There is no useful guidelines for a generic parameter. Consider the conflicting scenes:

  (a) five sessions insert five rows separated in a single table block - with 5 locations of ITL. There is an index on the table, but the five inserted rows just keep these different values that their index entries go to 5 different leaf blocks: the index didn't need initrans 5.

  (b) using the different sessions to insert a row in a table - the nature of the SAMS means that (on average) there are 5 rows of SAMS 80 inserted into 16 different blocks - the SAMS table must be 5. However, in this case the indexed column is generated by a sequence and all 80 index entries should be inserted in the same block of sheets, so you initrans 80 on the index. (Except Oracle will make sheets index block split to work around the problems of initrans was too small on the concurrent inserts.)

  You need to consider the nature of the index and model of changing data for each unique index separately - and then you could assign initrans on the index to do NO MORE THAN the initrans + 1 table because (a) who will lose not too much space (b) he is not likely to let the too great claim to happen (c) Oracle will extend dynamically LAUGHED in most cases (d) if it is bad for an index special you will notice it pretty quickly - and there will be other problems (buffer waits occupied) deal anyway on this index.

• Automation of table and the Figure of numbering

  I have a large document with many figures and tables that get deleted/added or just change anywhere in the document under review.  It is also necessary to have a sentence in the text referring to the table/figure.  My question: is it possible to make the automated table/numbers so I mustn't keep renumbering them and this corresponds, as they move?

  I have checked forums and books of reference, but have not been able to find something about it.  Has anyone experience this problem?  If yes how did you work it?

  Can someone share how to change the default font color or background for tables and PivotTables? In my view, there is a CSS or XML setting I need to change.

  Let me see if I understand. If you reach this part of the code:

  You set values but DO NOT actually exit the loop - you just wrap around and continue. And the next iteration of the loop can actually delete these values and exit the loop.

  Even if these values don't get wiped out then when the loop ends you must run this code

  This is the problem that you requested.

  But tell us why you use two tables and make two loops nested making slow down-by-slow (by line) treatment instead of using SQL for this?

  Keep several copies on separate drives offsite. There is no solution "fail safe." You can mitigate or reduce the impact knowing that drives die, buildings burn, data gets corrupted/stolen or lost. Knowing that on the records of time bad go migrate your data to new disks on a rotation schedule.

• Iterator for the table and form is a problem during the cleaning of the records

  I use JDev 12.1.2.

  I have an object of the detail view. I represent a part of its fields in a table and the rest in a form. I use the same iterator. Basically, I dragged and dropped the object even from the view of the data control and created a table and form layout with the fields I wanted in each provision. I put in place a clear feature for the rows in the table with a clear"" key. -on click I delete the line of the iterator in the managed bean. When I do this the selected record is deleted and the next record is displayed. But fields entered in the form layout also gets deleted. (the form should also be showing the record currently selected - it shows but entrable fields in the form are deleted because of claire that I did on the previous line.) If anyone can help get this resolved?

  Not use the same iterator for the tables and forms here? The links are in the row (row.bindings...) for the table, but for the form it is (links...). The Delete on the current row operation is causing the iterator delete all fields of links instead of from the line? Please shed some light.
