Convert Doc Word multi-page to Single Page PDF

I use Acrobat X Pro. I would like to convert a Word doc of multi page in one long page PDF. When I go to the doc in Word using "Web layout", it displays as single page doc. But when I save in either PDF or PDF of print, page breaks are added when you create the PDF file.

My ultimate goal is to create a PDF file for viewing online without page breaks. Any suggestion as to how to I could achieve this would be appreciated.

In fact, if you have created a long page as you suggest, you would have created a major printing problem for those who want to print the document. They would not be able to adapt the content to their timesheet without being tiny and unreadable. It does not flow to the next page. This isn't the basic structure for a PDF file. I strongly suggest to leave in a letter or A-4 format and by setting the default display settings of the document value to the continuous. Other than a small page break having demonstrated that he would give the same result you're going after. If you want to almost continuous, and then set the top and bottom margins in the WORD document to zero.

  • trying to save in pdf format (or print to pdf) an individual page of a multi page pdf in reader DC

Not with the player; you will need Acrobat for that.

  • How to add a link to the page complete multi-page PDF.

Is it possible to add a link to the full page in multi-page PDF. So anywhere, I click on the page, it will take me to a specific hyperlink.

I know there is a link to feature, but I can not create an action on its behalf and therefore cannot automate to easily update all the pages and many docs with it. I also looked in invisible buttons, then right clicking on it and the replication of all pages. This will be my last resort if there is no other options but its still not easy to do what I have to re-create the link for each document layer and must reproduce all individually on a page-by-page. Even if not for several files, it would always be very happy to be able to clone an element to link to all pages in a document.

Else I've tried creating a layer in InDesign with a link and then using the Action to import layers, but that also doesn't seem to work.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

You can use the Javascript method addLink the doc object.

  • Auto flow Multi Page PDF

I wonder if anyone knows how to automatically throw a multi-page PDF in InDesign CS5. I have a 350 PDF page that I need to import, each page of the PDF file in a new page in the document. Something that works like the shift + click with a cursor loaded to word documents? Or a script that allows me to put a PDF file like this?

Open the actions panel, either in apple or java scripts: find placeMultiPagePdf and double-click: follow and select dialog

the only way I found to do it is via acrobat

    (1) open the PDF and save as on the other TIFF

    (2) combine TIFF in acrobat

    (3) text recog the newly combined file

    4) Save as PDF

It works, but I is a tedious process of multi steps.

I wonder if there is a way to automate this, so do not human intervention?

Without human intervention?  Not with Acrobat.

Unfortunately, the last few versions of PES are much less talented to work with multi-page files, and you can do this in PSE 12.

  • Create a single high image of a multi-page pdf file

I would take a multi pake pdf file, and have all pages "joint" from top to lower edge to create a single image of high. I am a teacher and I currently do this by hand, I can then annotate the entire page and croll down to an entire document inside Photoshop.

Here's an example: I have a 4 page pdf. Currently I opened the PDF in PS, I find myself with 4 images; I adjust the size of the vertical Web of one of the images to be 4 times its original size, then one by one, I copy the content of each image to this new high image and move the layer vertically below the other. The result means a 1024 x 6400 pixel image.

I would like to be able to simply open the PDF with a script and get this all done in one step.

    Any help is appreciated.

Looks like something easy to do, but I can't understand this.

  • MULTI-PAGE PDF FILE

You can create a multipage PDF file in Photoshop Elements 8? If so, how?

    Hello Brooklyn KJ,

Yes, the PSE can create multipage PDF. First of all, you must designate that your document contains several pages. You can do this in a number of ways, but under the Edit menu is the command Add blank Page. Using this command will convert your document open in a PSE. You can continue to add pages and cut and paste the content of each page. Then, simply go to file > save as... to change the format of the PSE as a PDF (the only two available choices). You now have a multiple page PDF.

  • Splitting multi page PDF files

    Hello

Anyone know of a way to divide several page PDF into individual documents? Before each page is a single PDF document?

The reason I ask is because I can PDF a whole book inside Indesign, which is much faster than PDFing each page individually. But our printers do not accept several page PDF documents. I think its because they have to break them down to their end. So I was wondering if you can take a 30 PDF page and divide it.

If acrobat is not, anyone else think that it would be a very useful feature?

    Any shared knowledge welcome!

  • How to save a page of a multi-page pdf document?

Then I take a 65 page pdf file and save it as 65 individual pages?

I know not if you use Adobe Acrobat X, you can go to the 'Tools' section and then in "Pages" you'll see "Extract." If you click on that when your document is open, it will show you your options to extract pages and save them in individual PDF files. Don't forget to check the box "Extract of Pages as files separate" and that should help you on your way. I hope this helps to answer your question about extraction of pages in a page of several PDF.
