  Although it is not clear of what version of OS X you are referring to, the Laserjet 5 L printer is not supported on Mac OS X 10.8:

  The same also applies to OS X 10.7 and 10.6 as well:

  If you have any of the operating systems mentioned above, although this is not officially supported you may still try the 3rd pilot third HPIJS which compatiblw with any of these versions of OS and list printers Laserjet 5 L as supported.

  If you mean Photoshop CS6, yes it is. Simply run the installation program.

  If you mean Photoshop 6, none that is too old. It was made for older PPC Macs. It will not install

  I see you are trying to use your Deskjet 3050 on Mac 10.9.2. I will try to help you with this.

  OS X v10.9 Mavericks: installing and using the printer on a Mac, this document would you guide in installing the printer on Mac 10.9.2.
  If it is installed early return uninstall. You can also study the reset printing system and do a check and repair disk permissions, and then try to reinstall. Here are two Apple documents to help you:
  OS X Mavericks: reset the printing system.
  12.x disk utility: repair disk permissions.
