  Yes, custom branding will be absolutely included in Adobe send; We know that this is an important feature for many customers and don't dream of it remove! We plan to add this feature later this summer. Until the option of customization is available in Adobe send, you can keep using SendNow to do all your mail files and use the logo/personalization feature here. We'll let you know when you can brand your matches send Adobe, and is then going to be sure to make the transition to the new service - but it is perfectly fine to stick to SendNow so far here.

  Defining the dimensions of support for custom format is available in the HP printing software in Mac OS X. However, given that 8.5 x 11 is a 'normal' size, this is how you define it:

  Control Panel > devices and printers > right click on the 6500 a and choose printing options > click on the paper/quality tab > choose "Letter" paper format

  This should set the paper size for what you are wanting.

  Here is the solution:

  There is workaround to roll to your question. Close the video creator. Delete the preferences.xml from this location->\AppData\Local\Adobe\Presenter Video Creator 8.1\ C:\Users\

  After you delete the preferences file, I'm done with the same problem: set a theme of customization customized for the beginning and there is no way to add the same or any other theme customization to the end (unless you use one of the supplied themes).

  Wanted to update the RAM - have read conflicting amounts - 6 GB max HP and sites of the reseller site (maybe they are just copy and paste from HP site?) - BUT 8 GB on other "cranky" sites and also the sites of RAM as Crucial when I search for this EXACT model.

  Q2: if possible or no one is safe, would it hurt / impair the laptop, if I chose to install the 8GB (even if it can only access 6 GB)? In other words, is it bad/harmful for computer laptop/CPU/etc if I OVERINSTALL ram (8 GB rather 6 GB HP spec)? 

  Q3: If the RAM chips on the two slots game (eg. need same #GB in each slot; in spec (CL, voltage, etc.); or even the brand of RAM?)

  I ask because some of the programs CC Adobe (Indesign, Illustrator, etc.) CAN work on existing ram pre-installed but Adobe recommends that 8 GB. And Yes, I realize that an i5 or i7 cpu would have been better for my needs than an i3 to turn things like photoshop etc, but I really need to keep my purchase within a very limited budget and still Adobe CC minimum specifications. And Yes, I understand that overinstalling RAM can be a loss of a little money, but I was still wondering.

  1. I take a file of high data rate 720 x 486 with an H.264 .mov BY 0.9 and want to transcode settings even with a super low rate to the customer for review and it won't. It will scale the video down and give me the black bars. EVEN WHEN I CHOOSE SAME AS SOURCE. I tried it wrong in every possible way, and it does not give me the file I'm looking for.

I THEN PROCEED TO TELL THE PERSON THAT I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH WHO I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE SO THAT IS WHY I CALLED HIM AND HE SAID THAT IT WOULD TRANSFER ME TO VIDEO THE GUY IN FIRST-LAND AND RE - EXPLAINING MY PROBLEM AND ILS FLAT ON HUNG UP ON ME.   3 SOUL requires you to make the audio not compressed on .mov containers. What happened to my .mov h.264 with AAC audio? I don't want to send LPCM audio customers on a video of great rates low data. Video @ 1,500 Kbps and audio @ 1 536 kbit/s. It's stupid.

  So I think I see what the issue is here. What I think you are asking is to define the size and will fit the frame of the video along to without worrying about this arrangement perfectly (i.e. you're ok with a little bit be cut off). What default SOUL is to adjust the size of the video so that it always fits inside the frame. For this reason you may find yourself with black bars at the top / bottom or left/right. In order to get the desired behavior (assuming I'm not wrong), then you can follow the suggestion of Larry to change the settings of the adjustment. And Yes, these settings are available within the SOUL directly. When you are in the export of settings, make sure that the monitor is set to display the output and not the Source. You should then see the scaling Source drop down.

  Regarding the audio codec problem, I spoke with @MMeguro and it sound like there is a bug on our end, this is why you were only get decompressed instead of the more complete list. He has a bug so that we can investigate a fix. In the meantime, the workaround solution he suggests should get you full any time, it is not immediately available.

• Various applications of multi-Folio on Pro license

  This is my first post and have a question that I can't find a clear answer.

  I played a bit with the DPS system for a few weeks now, tinkered with Viewer custom branded apps etc and so far very impressed.

  It doesn't seem to be a 'fine print' quite a lot which is not expressly stated by Adobe and usually I have to look around and ask my representative 50 questions a day.

  In any case I am on the point of buying an annual Pro license but need something cleared up (I met with Adobe locally and they told me it wasn't possible using the Pro license, but I would like to confirm that I was not convinced by the answer, to be honest).

  For the most part with my Pro license, I need be able to:

  > Create various applications multi-folio for different clients (I'm on the side of the Agency). For example, customer 1 has a custom Viewer application which we publish their folios. Client 2 has a viewer application custom which we publish their folios etc. While using the same license.

  What I can't seem to know is how different the distribution service publicly available folios are sent for the soft multi-folio to be? I am concerned about sending folio a 1 customer for the purposes of the customer 2.

  Now, I'm assuming that the unique identifier only I can find is the * product ID * (for example, com.publisher.publication). This would result in:

  The Adobe ID, is what determines what questions are available in the applications:

  The product ID is what links your question (folio) for in-app purchase that you set up in the store. If your folio is free, the product ID is not really important.
