• Hide the smart shape on master slide button

  Hi all

  Looks like I have another issue of nag... I have a project (Captivate 6) that contains the FOOTER navigation that I used smart shape buttons... the problem is, I have a few slides with popups... and buttons are still ALIVE in the pop-up window. And because I can't quote a button on smart shape on a master slide, I don't know how to identify it with a tip Action...

  I know that I can go the L-O-O-O-O-O-N-G way, using a different Master and duplicate the navigation on the slide that will give me the ability to appoint the Smart form buttons... I can't HIDE/SHOW them... but the project has 4-8 pop-up windows that would be a large number of buttons...

  So, is there a way to hide/show buttons created on a model of slides?

  Not possible: objects on master slides do not receive an identification, which means they cannot be used in a fast action (one of my many requests of feature for quite some versions).

  In such a case of use I would not place the buttons on form on the model of slides, but on the first slide and their time for the rest of the project, always on top (if it can be done here?). In this case, they will have a unique ID for the whole project. However, there are a few possible problems for buttons in form with a suspension point. When you use a suspension point for a button shape on the master slide, the break will always happen at the end of each slide, regardless of its duration. This is not the case for form buttons timed for the rest of the project.

  I have a project with keys mute and reactivate through a project. Buttons (intelligent forms) are shared between the project and seems to work fine (if mute is active, the mute button is visible and active).

  The problem is that we have integrated video we want the user to see and hear. If the user has audio disabled, I can get the audio to play on the slide video by running a fast action (assign cpCmndMute with 0). Now, when the video is finished, we want to put its original condition (if they have been cut before the video, we want to have the restored silent).

  Currently, we have the button 'Activate' (the name of the instance in the properties), so we're looking to see if this is possible:

  If the "Enable" button is folded (it is on the stage behind the video - which means that the volume has been disabled in the previous slide), can define us cpCmndMute with 1 (meaning we are back in a silent mode) at the end of the slide?

  Is this possible with the help of the conditional actions?

  You are probably aware that you need an event triggers an action. Is it true that you will use the event to enter the next slide?

  Given that cpCmndMute is a variable system of the film category, I would like to add a user variable to track if the user had put to turn. I guess you have two form buttons, will label them for the time SB_Mute and SB_Unmute. The default situation is that cpCmndMute the value 0. Create a variable user v_mute with a default value of 0. Add this command actions triggered by shape keys, but NOT to action which restores the sound for the video slide (hope that's clear?):

  The event on the output is not a good choice for a break, for several reasons: break will take place after the output, which means that on the first frame of the next slide.

  To build on the response to Lilybiri, I think that my desire for buttons have three States (high, low) is driven by what I see in other applications on the web apps and installed locally.  All the buttons tend to have three States.

  It would be very happy to be able to customize these three States, just as we can with the current buttons.

  This BUG or some kind of flaw has been in all versions of Firefox over the years. I had posted before without success. After an exhaustive analysis of this week, including reset default Firefox with safe mode. (This fact being known to me this week. "How would I've never known about it?) After the default and affecting all my preferences again. I opened the Yahoo homepage as a reference. The icons then the list of sites on the left side are visible. I chose black for my background. The icons are now hidden (as well as some buttons (to choose orders in Amazon) on other websites and the photo of the product in Ebay.)

  As a last desperate attempt I then checked 'allow websites to choose own colrs' and the icons reappeared over a white background. Then I opened the No Squint global settings box and chose black for my background . To my amazement the color NOT HIDE the icons or buttons except the photo inEbay still remained hidden.
  But wait - There is still a problem. Now when loading different pages an annoying white flash happens during the transition and all the fields to type into are white. Very annoying with my black background.
  Isn't it wonderful that I am the only one to discover this after all these years? I should be given $1,000,000 for all the pain and suffering and disgust that the people at the testing unit at firefox have never checked the functionality of this feature. Give now. Come on - GIVE

• How to remove an incompatiable extension from your computer that has been disabled by Firefox (Smart Printing button 1.0), but don't find it on the hard drive?

  I was cleaning my Add-ons, etc and noticed that extension, Smart Printing button 1.0 is disabled b/c, it is not compatible with my current version of FF 18.0.1, why not uninstall and go? I looked for answers on how to do it, but come up empty. I searched my C drive for the HP, print Web program (such as suggested by the forums HP) and found nada, I think I might have deleted (not uninstalled correctly) as I felt as I didn't need and now the extension. How can I remove the extension of Smart Printing button 1.0 on the list of Firefox extensions in the current situation?
