• Adobe Story for Chromebook or Android support

  Any word on Adobe Story Chromebook or Android support? What I understand ChromeOS is not much more than a browser HTML5? I want to get one of the new time 8 Haswell powered laptops Chromebook this holiday season under $ 300. I can understand that delaying the Adobe Story ChromeOS development as it is still very small, but Android? There are over 1.5 million Android activations daily. It's more than the entire population of the Canada each month :)... difficult to understand turning a blind eye to these much longer numbers.

  UPDATE the web version of Adobe Story works perfectly on Chromebook, ACER 2848 C720 with 2GBs of RAM $ 199.99 Amazon. Don't forget to disable Chrome extensions you may have installed that turn off the Flash, for example Flash Block. Also double click on the project is not open, instead click the small swirl on the triangle next to the project name and select open from the menu. I wasn't able to install the version of office (no surprise). That's good news for us who want a cheap laptop "whip" for the script that runs more than 8 hours. Now, if only we had a version of Adobe Story Android...

• Cannot install 'Story' for desktop PC

  Whole CC member. Can not install a work history App Error - Adobe Story CC cannot open because it comes from a developer that is unidentified. I ransacked, emptied and reinstalled. No luck. I see history in my dropdown menu CC, so I'm trying to download from the site to get started for history and clicking on install Desktop applacation. Thank you.

  Found the link of 'Air' of a 'more in this issue' and used it to uninstall then re install. All is well. Thanks Rotic, Happy New Year

  I understand that your iPhone is getting the error "Failed to download" when you try to download apps from the App Store. I'll be happy to help you!

  Apple Services, stores and iCloud - it's the first thing I check. If the service is 'green', the issue isn't with the Apple servers.

  The next thing to do is to log out of the App Store, restart your iPhone, and then reconnect and try again:

  1 log out by clicking on the app from the App Store

  2 scroll to the bottom of the screen, enter your Apple ID and choose "Disconnect" (you will be asked your password to confirm your intentions)

  3 hold the sleep/wake button (power) button until you see "slide to power off".

  4 turn on your iPhone once it is completely shut down

  5. tap on the App Store app, do scroll down and reconnect

  6. download a free application to see that the problem persists

  Onward and upward by all means!

  1-force Quit all Adobe related see process activity monitor in the same order, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support

  • Cloud of creative,
  • Synchronization of the base,
  • CC library
  • CX process
  • Office Adobe services,
  • Broker IPC in Adobe, Adobe Crash demon

  2. right click on the Finder icon and select 'Go - To' folder option, type/tmp/tmp, empty this folder by deleting all the contents inside. then try the update again for Photoshop CC 2015

  3 If it does not help then uninstall and reinstall the CC Photoshop 2015

  I used to have it on my laptop, but now it won't download at all. Says "the application could not be installed because the Installer file is damaged. Try to get a new setup of the author of the application file. No idea what I can do to get the app working again?

  I had the same problem. I disabled the pop-up blocking for the site and re open in google chrome (before google), then signed again.  It is downloading now.  I don't know if it was a combination of these three or just try to download it in another browser, but this is what worked for me.
