• Save current Document EchoSign and finish later?

  Is there a way to enable the recipients fill out a document EchoSign, save their work and come back to finish later? We have a few long agreements which can take up to an hour to complete and find that people want to end in several sessions.

  Hello tbrah,

  From now on, we have a feature in application of the Ipad where the signatories can login to their account and can open the document out for the signature section can partially fill and can complete it later. Apart from that, its not possible if the signatories are opening the document in the browser.

  You can download several documents in a sending unique transaction. EchoSign will combine then all documents in a single PDF file for the duration of the signing process. Then you can adjust a setting for your account in order to choose to have the PDF document signed or kept in large format PDF is broken back up in the various documents that have been uploaded.

  Hi! We have installed on our Salesforce solution Echosign and can't seem to find the option to set the order of the approvers signature. We would like approval to be sequential or parallel (any order), according to the need. I searched it and found this article on Document Cloud help however, I don't have the same screens on our Salesforce solution. I do here? It will take a package update (we have version installed 14.14) or configuration somewhere? Attached an example of Echosign screen on our Salesforce solution for reference.

  Signing of order will work with sequential signature only. You can set the order using the green arrow on the left every details of the user.

• If a document is sent through EchoSign to an address not valid, will I be informed?  It will bounce some how?

  You can enable notifications by email for return e-mail as follows:

  -Connection to the EchoSign account.

  -Go to my profile.

  -Click on the events and alerts.

  Make sure "email sent to a signatory has rebounded and did not" emails and save.

  I send you a document to three people to sign and each person needs to initial each page. Is it possible to automatically add an initial field on each page for each participant, or do I have to drag the initial field to each page for each participant?

  You must manually add each original field at the location in the document and also, if you wish, you can use text tags that you add to the document before downloading in EchoSign and form fields would be created automatically. This is the same documentation:

  Reminder: when I send the document using Adobe EchoSign and returned to me I get all the track status printed as part of the document that I received in return.

  Question: Is there a method while the document is out for signature that I can access and print tracking information as it is. In other words, I want to know if the document sent was delivered to his e-mail address?

  You should receive an email whenever the document is signed by one of the signatories.

  You can also log into EchoSign, click on manage, select the document to the signature you want to track.

  An image of the document will appear on the right side with tabs on the left side.

  Click on the history tab.

  You'll see everything that's happened with the document.

  You will also see a link at the top of the entered story that says "Audit report".

  Click on that and you will see all of the history of the iin document to a printable format.

  Hi amritas53507996,

  In order to have the key integration available link, you must have a developer/Global account. You can connect to your EchoSign account and can go to 'Account tab-> Adobe DC esign API' and on top then click integration key to generate the key. If you are not able to see, let me know.

  I'm so frustrated.  I paid for an annual subscription to Echosign, and it did not work. I was not successful in getting support.  At this point, I want a refund. I'm more disappointed in Adobe.

• Should what form of VMware I use for my new server?

  I'll make the leap to Windows 2008 Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Server I did some recent tests and there really is a dramatic improvement in the response from the server web time when hosting on a Linux server.

  This server will be a guest o/s unique dedicated to OTRS and SugarCRM CE accommodation for 10-20 agents/users (more than 5 clients OTRS at any time). Not a huge demand but still enough to run a little slugish under our old current windows server.

  The new production server will be:

  Dell Poweredge R300

  Quad Core Xeon L5410 (2.33 GHZ)

  8 GB RAM

  My question is: Baring in mind this server will be for a single guest, what form of VMware should I launch? I imagined that I would use Workstation 9 running on Ubuntu desktop and the prompt to be Ubuntu Server. But a person once I suggested that I use ESX/ESXi, even if I don't use a VM on it as it is easier to backup or migrate to another. material

  The free version is the exact same software as the paid version is - when you apply the free license it will Crown just the functionality of the ESXi host and if you decide to take a paid for the license, that you can simply apply the license and characteristics will be open.

  That said, you can still remotely manage your hosts and virtual machines, it is running, take snapshots and backup virtual machines with the free version

• Include a form in a Web site?

  SO, in my company, we use Cloud(2 users) Creative and online Document... in this new Document Cloud services and installation eSign, is there a way to incorporate an eSign document in a Web page where visitors to the site can sign and it be followed and so on.

  They told me that I had to upgrade to the Premium of DocuCloud version, but when I call to get pricing and upgrade I get bounced back between the individual sales, the company's sales and direct sales (even as an individual?... anyway, I was moved 6 times and talked to 3 people and everyone said I was in the wrong place) before eventually being transferred to someone who said that Adobe Acrobat can handle it natively... but with the latest update, it is replaced with the DC of Acrobat pro app (that I would say is very nice, but doesn't help me here ha).

  This use to be a simple button in echosign, and now no one seems to know where this feature has gone or how to get indeed.

  If it's a question of upgrading... awesome! perfectly willing to do... I would just be pointed to someone who can actually help improve me and do not bounce me in all directions.

  Or if in Acrobat pro DC or eSign hiding somewhere, it would be great if someone could point me to it!
