  (b) what browser do you use?
  (c) you get an error message during the download of the game?
  
  The issue could be with the Web site of when you try to download the game.
   
  Just for test, try to download games from other legitimate Web sites.
   
  (d) what version of Flash player version you downloaded?
   
  If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, 10.0.45.2 version is ideal for Internet Explorer.

  Sony Cybershot DSC - TX7 would be in MTS format...

  As a previous contributor, I was able to download a trial version.  I disabled the trainer and a firewall, but by clicking on the button 'Download' does not at all affect!

  I had a "chat" online with someone from Adobe - what a waste of time that was.  These people don't even bother to read the questions and issues that they are in contact with?   Despite the fact that I carefully explained the difficulty I had - that is who did not work the download page - the link she gave me was on the same page where I didn't already download from!

  I had the same problem trying to download the trial under Internet Explorer 9 (Windows 7 64 bit, AVG Free anti-virus).

  When I installed the Google Chrome browser and tried from there it worked very well!

I downloaded and it came to the screen that says I had to activate Flash Player by double-clicking on a file called "Adobe Flash Player installer. I used the classic interface of function (I hate windows 8.1), and nothing came. I spent an hour looking for my computer. Nothing. I have re downloaded Adobe Flash Player, and this time the installer came. I thougth it's finally over! When I tried to watch a video on Crunchyroll, my good friend Shockwave Flash has crashed again. I remembered that I had to close Chrome so that Flash start running. On Chrome closing and re-openeing an another Adobe Flash Player Installer popped up and brought me to this link, once again.

  Flash player is bundled with google chrome and you cannot update or reinstall again outside of google chrome. To get the latest version of Flash player for chrome, you must update your google chrome. The current version is 17.0.0.169 and you can check your existing version by visiting the Flash Player Help link and click check now. And if your flash is still stuck on the last version of 17.0.0.169 in Chrome, well want to file a bug in https://bugbase.adobe.com/ with all possible details.

  The Setup file you use must be the installation of a flash drive for any other browser, but not for google chrome.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

  First time poster here.  I am running CS4 Extended on my old Windows 7 PC for one year.

  I did 13 mini sessions over the weekend.  I am a portrait photographer and have had ZERO problems with my CS4 extended last year.  I always upload my photos through the bride (and Adobe Photo Downloader). I adjust them in Adobe Camera Raw, and then open them in Photoshop.  No problems so far.

  I shot 8 of my sessions on a 32 GB card.  Usually, it takes minutes to get the images out of my card.  Now?  It takes DAYS. I realize that 32 GB is a lot trying to download everything at once, so I'm decaying clustered image 100-200 each.  But everytime I try it, my Photo downloader block eventually.  I HAVE to get these images out of my cards as soon as possible!  Help!

  (1) the thumbnails ALWAYS take to generate

  (2) when I click on the images to download, they take forever to download (as... hours... for 100 images).

  (3) after an hour or two, the Photo Uploaders no longer works and I have to close the program.

  I tried:

  (1) restart the computer - 6 x without result

  (2) turn off my norton 360

  3) update my Adobe and Photoshop - all software up to date

  WTH is happening?
