  Nope - that is the only way.

  And don't forget that you can NOT just watch the Page resources dict.  You need to do a complete walk of recursive in the content stream find all the graphic objects themselves have resources.  Oh, and don't forget the Annotations!

  It is a feature of your browser, not Acrobat printing options. You need to find the printing options in your browser. In Seamonkey, it is under Page Setup.

I need to delete some of the text entered earlier in the document, but when I return to the fill & sign tool or function, it allows only hit me on the text changes / existing.

  Thanks for the quick response. There are several sections in the document as the required signature and I signed electronically these sections. So I'll assume that since I already signed the document, I can't apply alterations to his text entered correct?

  Well in this ten months things have changed. Adobe Reader for iOS and now Android have support for forms, including automatic form and calculations, but it is still less than what Expert PDF supports.

  I do everything I can to disable the debugger JavaScript in my documents created using Adobe Acrobat. Under Acrobat Edit > Preferences, I deselect (uncheck) 'Enable JavaScript debugger after restart Acrobat', 'Activate interactive console' and 'see the console on errors and messages.

  Yet, when I go to advanced > Document processing > JavaScript Debugger, it starts the debugger just!  How can I stop the debugger to start?  Even after the security application strict password to the document where hardly anything other than open it is allowed, Acrobat still allows me to perform advanced options > Document processing > JavaScript debugger and start the debugger.

  I am operating under the assumption that the debugger can allow people to discover my JavaScript source somehow, so I want to keep the debugger cannot be used.  Even if they can't read my source, I don't see any upside to the debugger opens.  How can I disable the debugger to be selectable from the advanced options > processing of the Document?

  P.S. I use Acrobat 9.1.  I read somewhere that Acrobat X has more ability to disable the debugger.  I saw a mention of "XFA" in this respect, whatever it is.  In any case, if Acrobat X has additional abilities to disable the debugger, let me know.

  As George says there is no way to prevent someone to extract the scripts in a file, if they really want (even if the security is applied to the PDF document, it takes a more circuitous route to get there), but a lot of people will use obfuscation tools to make it a more painful process for the novice. Acrobat does not support encrypted as a result of Creative Suite (JSX - BIN) files, but there are many tools out there that basically take your script, turn it into a complex of references at random clutter and hex strings, then run using a complex function of-jumbler. It is hackable, of course, but unless your code is worth a fortune, it makes it too much like hard work for most of the pirates to bother.

  You have flash player installed on your system for that browser? Have you tried to access this PDF from a different browser?

• How do I disabled the display tabbed opening several PDF documents?

  I'd rather have each PDF opened in a window as it used to be. I often compare old and new and want to find a way for it to default to separate windows again. I realize, I can pull the tab to an empty part of the desktop and it will separate, but it's pretty boring. I don't want to ever hidden like that.

  I was well as the preferences and you can't find a box that would make me think it's a framework to enable it to separate.

  I'm re-reading in a PDF marked (in CD player) against a final version so need to be able to open two documents at once and view them side by side. Which was working fine until last week after the updates have been installed to my computer. Now, open the PDF files on top of the other, and I can't watch both at the same time. I rolled back the update for my computer, but the problem persists. Any suggestions?

  Go to Preferences, in general. Turn off the tabs. A new feature this week, but the updates are automatic and inevitable.

  There isn't really such a thing as subper/index in PDF format. There is just a text of different sizes on different baselines. So, I like the ingenuity of your idea, but I don't think that he can fly.

  I tried many things and I don't know what to do now... And it's probably easier I think.

  They sent me a map of the city in PDF and I need to develop/Navy font size of the names of streets (all the text that appears in the document).

  I tried with the scale tool, but the text is changed its position. I also tried the transformation of each, but the letters of the text gets one above the other.

  I guess it's because the text is rotated as Illustrator gets each letter instead of the whole word.

  Please, does anyone know how to resize the text without affecting its position?

  If I (put) understand it, simply select all the letters in each name of street and Ctrl / Cmd + G, and then use the object > transform > transform each.

  You can expect a bit of position (and maybe same curvature) adjustment to curved streets/street names.
