Hi, I installed a set of creative cloud including Adobe Acrobat Pro (64-bit Windows)... does not work

I have a Windows 64 bit HP laptop that I removed and installed several times a CC package which includes PS, Illinois, LR, InD and Adobe Acrobat Pro.   Everything installs fine and works fine except for

Adobe Acrobat Pro. For somereason it says it is installed but it does not appear when I try to find it.   In the programs, it shows as installed but it does not appear with the appropriate icon of Adobe.   It's as if there is a problem of copatibility.  Ideas?

I have corrected the problem.   Apparently with the subscription of creative cloud the

Adobe Acrobat Pro installs the same way other products

install.  Once downloaded the package you have to go the

'Exceptions' folder which is part of the generation and install it then
