How can I stop Acrobat reader from full screen?

I can't find a way to stop doing that and it bothers the hell out of me. I want often discovers the small help documents/files and Adobe insists on the use of the entire screen 16:9; Yes a mouse click will reduce the window, but why I can't save the preference is not to have the full screen.

This issue is addressed in another thread.
