How can I transfer Creative Suite 5 or 5.5 to a new Mac?

We have CS5.5 installed on several Macs that are replaced due to old age. You cannot update the software for various reasons and wish to transfer to the new computers. Fact it work the same way if we used CS for the first time, it is just install and register online, or does it do other things too? We tried to call and "chatting" with Adobe, but it offers no support for this version of the software any longer and told us that the forums are the only option. Grateful for any help/suggestions someone thank you.

EDIT: It might be 5 rather than 5.5 version

Install as usual. Things to note.

1 if it's an upgrade, you must the OLD series as well as the new number.

2. If you are planning to get new Mac you will get the new Mac OS. Don't assume that software will work in Mac OS Yosemite. Number of bits don't but there are complications, some need lasting legacy. It is a different application by declaration of Adobe App. Check compatibility, but it will probably not go back off support.

3. If you reach a limit, you can get a message too many activations. This means that the call to Adobe; expect big delays to project.
